Description

Take your snow days to the next level! Uncover detailed stats (and bragging rights) about your days skiing and snowboarding, ride with friends, log your memories, and replay your winter adventures together. Get the best ski tracking experience on iPhone and Apple Watch! SMART RECORDING Select your activity, and Slopes will figure out everything in the background (even what resort you're at, assuming you have cell reception). You can choose from ski, snowboard, monoski, sitski, telemark, and more. Slopes will automatically detect uphill, lifts, and runs for you all day long. FIND YOUR FRIENDS ON THE MOUNTAIN With live location on the recording screen, you can easily find each other! Location sharing is privacy-focused; you can always turn it on and off. INTERACTIVE RESORT MAPS (Premium)—Available for 2000+ resorts in the US, Canada, the European Alps, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan.  Navigate resorts with ease in 2D or 3D. See which run you or your friends are on and where to go next. Find any trail, lift, the bathroom, and more. On many North American resorts, we now show on-mountain facilities such as bathrooms, food, and, most importantly, ski patrol locations, even in free mode. TRIP PLANNING & CONDITIONS Plan upcoming trips and invite your friends to them to share in the hype. Trips let you keep tabs on resort conditions, who's coming or not, and who else was invited, all in one central place. Before you head up the mountain, check what other riders say about a resort's snow quality. While on the mountain, location sharing will automatically work with everyone on the trip - even the participants not on your friend list in Slopes. DETAILED STATISTICS Uncover a wealth of information about your performance, speed, vertical, run times, and more. Find out how good you are and how you're getting even better, season-over-season. FITNESS + APPLE WATCH See how you're pushing yourself with live heart-rate data, close your activity rings in Apple Health, and with Slopes Premium, you can check vitals and fitness insights for every twist and turn. eing able to track the runs you’ve done, see where you’ve missed, and check where your friends are on the mountain with spotty service was extremely helpful, even just for the peace of mind. Will continue to use this app when skiing in the future, I just wish I could ski more!
  • Amazing app!

I love seeing my stats after each day of skiing! The ski patrol call button is an amazing feature and something that I have used after someone tore their ACL. I didn’t know the ski patrol number, but I was able to call within seconds through the slopes app.

This is a good app but I wish I could pull up the resort map and zoom in on details like a PDF. I don’t understand why this feature is missing
  • Bricked on “running migrations”(updated)

Update: Fantastic customer service, thanks. Great app, great team. Original: What do I do to preserve my data? I let it sit there “migrating” for 30-40 min with the progress bar frozen showing a sliver of blue. I only have a handful of trips logged but I want to keep them.

My friend convinced me to get this app and I haven’t looked back since. Amazing quality and very easy to navigate and use.
  • Located based off city

I’d love this app more if I could locate resorts based on city, state and/zip code. It’s handy to have the location marker, but it’s really nice to look up a town and see what is near by.

Great app with function but while using it dramatically drains your battery and it often misses tracking.
  • Wouldn’t connect to my Apple Watch

I thought this would be a great app because it was supposed to connect to my Apple Watch then from my Apple Watch send it to my phone then relay it to Strava and when i looked it said everything was connected. The next day I went to go snowboard with only my Apple Watch and I recorded the workout/activity using the slopes app on my watch but it wouldn’t show up that I had done anything on my phone and there fore it never got uploaded to Strava
