Since the update in Nov the app only uses they he default template and will not use my custom estimate template. This is very frustrating in the field. Please fix.

App keeps freezing up whenever I try to checkout my receipt updates… I can’t get into my account on my I pad. Tried to reboot it but not working.

It’s a great app but wish it was cheaper. As a small business owner it’s a lot of money to pay for multiple businesses $30 a month. I give the app 5 star. I love this app but please lower prices 😂

I find it disturbing that, in order to have 3 searchable custom invoice fields, my QBO monthly price went from $20 to $275…and the custom fields aren’t even available in the iPad app. I have to use a web browser to create the invoice and fill in my custom fields, and then leave that and go to the app to finish my invoice. The app is much easier to use for most invoice tasks than the web interface, but the custom fields I’m paying an extraordinary amount for should also be available in the app. Very disturbing. QBO support just says…”we can’t do anything about the app or how it works”. Also very disturbing, as Intuit also produces the app. Now…for the last few weeks, every single time I open the app, it’s frozen. I have to open it, shut it down, restart it, and wait a few minutes for it to update. If Quickbooks isn’t actually “QUICK”, either change the name or…FIX IT! Update…12/5/24…I don’t know what’s happening. Seems like every time you people “improve” this app, it just gets worse and worse. The app has stopped displaying anything. I updated it and restarted my iPad. Nothing has changed. I can’t see anything. If this app doesn’t get fixed, I will be cancelling my Quickbooks subscription. I’m extremely tired of paying hundreds of dollars every month just for the privilege of telling you your software DOESN’T WORK. Update…12/10/24…The new app interface is horrible. STOP MAKING EVERYTHING WORSE!!! Update…1/1/25…This app is now complete and utter garbage. Trying to scroll up or down in an invoice, and it thinks I’m trying to swipe right or left. Stupid. Also thinks scrolling up or down means I want to rearrange the line items, and I can’t get it to stop. You people have made this app almost completely useless. Thanks for that.
  • Crashes immediately

They did an update in December and ever since the app crashes at startup. This has been documented by many people on their "help" forums, but the AI chatbot is useless and does nothing. We can't snap receipts. Looking for an alternative. Update: They eventually patched the app. Still waiting for my compensation for being their tester instead of using hired developers. Unacceptable.

We have been using QuickBooks for over 20 years and have found it super easy to use. We love it and highly recommend it. Be careful though because they sometimes change and update their systems often and you have to relearn everything all over. Also their pricing for certain things becomes a bit taxing. Otherwise we love it and we would recommend it.

They will receive almost 7 thousand dollars from my client, they did not give me the amount and they will not return it to my client. I have overdue bills due to lack of this money.
  • Poor support

Spent 2hrs 8 min on the phone with support today and they are very unhelpful. Tech support didn't seem to even understand their own software. Unsubscribing because of this
  • Talk about going down hill on iOS

When I left iOS in 2018 QB was a luxury to use compared to the Android version. However after 6 years of trying to get mileage to track properly I gave up and switched back to apple. Seems however intuit must have fired their iOS team since this is now a straight up nightmare to use! Mileage is as bad as Android possibly worse! I work 30 miles from home 7 days a week. This thing stopped tracking miles on December 4th!! A week of no trips? 420ish miles lost! That’s over $300 lost in a week!! Thanks QB! More money lost because you can’t track mileage properly! The look and feel of the app is very flat and makes simple tasks difficult due to the low visibility of text on screen, can’t select multiple trips at once have to do each one individually. The AI in the categorizing transactions is a disaster. Every login takes about 5 minutes as it downloads who knows what off the cloud? It’s like it’s redownloading and reinstalling the whole app cause you can’t do squat til it’s done downloading 1 transaction. That’s if the app doesn’t hang in the process and then we have force close and relaunch. What happened to iOS that your app is painfully bad? For the money we spend on this, it should at least work! I guess no one at Inuit has heard of this thing called CASH. Trying to categorize business expenses using receipts and CASH as the funding source is impossible. No one at intuit must use CASH. On Android you can select cash as an option, but not on iOS. Also all the categories are not in alphabetical order anymore, instead you must spend 5 minutes trying to find the right category. After 9 years with quickbooks, I will not be renewing my subscription in August. Clearly intuit is not interested in providing a decent product anymore. iPhone 14 (New! 2weeks old) iOS 18.1
