  • A sorry excuse for accounting software

    The app isn’t syncing with my business account, it’s frequently missing mileage, and it’s forcing me to manually enter income and expenses. To make matters worse, when I try to manually enter income or expenses, it declares that there is an error.

    I liked QuickBooks with the exception of every year having the fee raised at a larger than inflation rate. After careful consideration I decided it was time to cancel my membership. When you go online and click cancel it says you have to call a representative, when you call they make you go to another online area to cancel. Why did I have to call someone to go online to cancel? She didn’t have a clue and was hard to communicate with. We finally cancelled the subscription and low and behold about a week later they charged me for my subscription again. This is typical make it so tough to cancel that you just decide to eat the cost. Well here I sit on hold waiting to talk to someone to dispute this charge to my account. While you have it QuickBooks I probably a 2-3 with customer service being their biggest reason for a low mark.

  • Too many crashes

    4th trip in a row that I’ve driven 4 hours into my 8 hour trip and the app crashes and makes me sign in. It was not an update, it just crashes. It’s junk! Spend your money elsewhere.

    I been a user since peachtree days. This latest update is terrible. I use to see signatures on invoice and the description also.

    Don’t count on this app. Constant problems. Doesn’t want to load. When I get it does load, it doesn’t show all my customers invoices, only payments.
