    Have used this app for years and always suggested to others to use, but they have made it completely ridiculous with the ads. And Premium is not at all worth it. Understand ads are a necessary evil but this is just way too much, the user experience is awful

    When I’m trying to check if the bus is about a get you and then and add comes up that blocks everything and makes me miss my bus. It’s very bad.

    This app should since with the timetable on the website. The ads are so unnecessary and take way too long for those trying to plan their daily commutes. Making users pay for ad-free usage is absolutely diabolical! Updates need to be made to include real-time timetables, delays, and weekend/holiday/maintenance schedules.

  • Becoming less and less useful

    I’ve been using this app for a few years, but in recent months the ads have been interfering more and more with using the app to get information on train times. Ads fill the screen, cannot be skipped, are difficult to exit even when complete, and pop up just as I’m looking for time sensitive information like whether I have 5 minutes to catch a train or just a minute or two. I had an ad today that could not be skipped for over 5 minutes. Took me my entire 10 minute walk to the metro to check whether the train was on time or not and I nearly missed my train thanks to the extra time I wasted fiddling with the app.

  • Ads prevent you from being able to use the app

    There are full page ads that are at least a minute in length where you cannot exit. Explain to me how we are supposed to use this app to quickly check time sensitive information like train times if we are prevented from getting there efficiently? I don’t mind ads, you have to pay the bills, but I’ve never seen an app do it so intrusively that you can’t use it. I’ll be sticking to checking train times on the web.

    Too many ads! The bus system app is supposed to be for public transportation not selling ads! Buses will randomly disappear from the app. Absolute garbage. There shouldn’t be a paid version for a public service!!!
