    The app randomly reset one day and deleted all my manual history, including fuel! Totally frustrating!

    This is a great app to use to help track mileage, maintenance, etc, but I haven’t been able to log into the app in 2 months. I’m writing all my fill-up’s down in my Notes app. Anyone having this issue.

  • Great app when it wants to work

    I’ve used this app countless of times and it’s been great honestly. Recently though for the past few months, I’ve spoken to customer services and anyone who could help fix this issue but the app doesn’t want to open. I click on the app and it stays on the screen with the fox. I can have great service be connected to WiFi or have bad service, the app always opened but now, it never does no matter what I’m connected to. How can I use the app if it doesn’t want to load??

    I used to track everything in a Google spreadsheet. I found this app seven years ago now and have been pleasantly surprised by the ability to blend my individual DIY service records with photo documentation, and any official dealership work that was performed under warranty or recall. Would highly recommend.

  • Starting to lose faith in the app

    I like the app and the ability to track my car’s maintenance, but I’m starting to lose faith in the ability to do what it is supposed to do. Even after the Dealer (CarFax affiliated) provided the service record, CarFax still listed the service as overdue (I even uploaded the receipt). It wasn’t until I added another duplicate service record entry, did the app update its “tracking” information. This is the 2nd time in 3 months, I’ve had to do this double entry.

    This app is a great way to keep up on maintenance for your vehicle as it includes reminders when certain items need to be completed. My only complaint is lack of space for mileage. Mileage shows up as a truncated number went above 10,000 miles, so it would be nice if the app developers added more space for mileage in a future update.

    The CarFAX Car Care app is very helpful, keeps me updated with all my car maintenance. It’s very easy to navigate! I also was very impressed with how much detail the app has provided about my car and maintenance required. I recommend this app.
