    Cannot upload receipts after the most recent update

    I used to like using this app. Unfortunately, I might have to stop using it because I’ve noticed that it stopped allowing me to upload any receipts. It also keeps changing stored information. When I try to go back and redo the information, as with several times, I’ve noticed multiple changes even while having the receipts with correct information. I always update to see if that is the problem but it doesn’t change anything. To make matters worse, some things, like changing tire purchase information, cannot be fully updated. Very frustrating and disappointing.

    Self-service records don’t save when tracking services performed on a particular VIN. Lost quite a few service records because I trusted this platform. Maybe it’s my fault for not reading the fine print, but who would expect this?

    They used to show you on the service record what shop, when, and city and state. Now they don’t, they also leave out tons of info and block out the last of your VIN. Stupid app now and a waste.

    Needs to get a calendar I had my last service done and reported by my dealer on March 13, 2025. Car fox has been telling me my truck needs an oil change by August 4, 2025. I will be setting up an appointment because I’m almost at my mileage for the oil change, not because it’s due at less than five months.

    App is busted, can't upload receipts nor update records. Switching back to mobile browser version.

    Used this app about three yrs to track maintenance on three cars. Editing the data in the app is not a direct process. In fact, at one point trying to correct the mileage new tires were installed required filing a form. Really?

    I own five cars and it’s a pain tracking maintenance for all of them, especially considering that two are driven by my college kids, out of state. I was excited to use this app and diligently imputed maintenance records. I recently opened the app only to find that all of the milaeage data and maintenance records that I downloaded were gone! I queried customer service and they said that they removed most of my data because it was unusual to have five cars and they thought I was running a business. ?. So disappointing. I recommend searching for another app/platform that will not arbitrarily scrub your data.

    I do some of my own basic maintenance (oil changes and whatnot) and this app will be handy if I ever choose to sell my car private sale so I can show the buyer all of what I have done

    Unable to log onto the app through my phone. Every time I try, it logs me out. Please fix.
