No apparent way to get this to work. Tried the web site domain, it creates a folder in the finder with a numeric name, then that’s it.

Only downloads the first 25 files, even after you pay for the premium version. Also won’t follow links to download files down X levels….
  • Unusably slow

Did not work at all on the site I wanted to get images from. I tried it on wikipedia and it did work but incredibly slow. My guess is it did not work on the other site because the program just works too slowly that it timed out. Also, the filter did not seem to work properly, as it would download html files when I told the filter not to. This would be a great program if only it worked properly.
  • Doesn’t properly handle subdirectories

Some images in subdirectories were placed in the destination's root directory, other subdirectories were completely ignored. Not a viable option for mirroring or backing up websites. Also, there has been no update of this app in 20+ months.
  • Not a true “mirror” (No sub-folders)

I was using this tool to download some developer API documentation but was frustrated to find out it doesn’t mirror the directory structure locally when it downloads content. This breaks all links to files that are in subdirectories and is a major bug if you ask me. The frustrating part is that I didn’t realize it until after I paid the two bucks to get the pro version because the 25 file limit didn’t let me get to any files in subdirectories during my initial tests. Other than that, it’s a decent app. So, I hope the developer fixes this issue because it would be excellent after that.
  • Doesn't support password-protected sites

Pretty UI, but the only thing I need it for is to rip my own password-protected site. This app has nowhere to input a user/pass, so I can't do it. Hope the developers provide support for this at some point.
  • Does what it says...

Simple and to the point… This saved me a day or two writing up a php script to grab icons from iTunes search via artworkURL60… That's all I used it for, so I can't speak to how well it grabs multiple items from a domain… But for this, it worked just fine. One thing… You have to upgrade to pro for $2 if you're going to be downloading more than 25 files per request.
