    I was looking for an app that shows me the newspaper as it looks when printed. Similar to the app I use for the LA Times. I could not find a business section or even the comics…. Not very helpful.

    I am originally from West Covina. It is nice to check in and see the local news when I want to know what is happening locally. I grew up with my parents reading the San Gabriel Valley Tribune every day and my husband was a paperboy back in the 1960s. Thank you for still reporting on local current events that matter. There are plenty of options for the SGVT to improve this app. I would like to see a complete update on obits that go back to the 1990s. I guess I am asking for a better archive on all local events and reports. My husband and I can then look up various past events. There is so much room for improvement here. Thank you though for all the improvements that you have made and I am looking forward to future improvements Sage Borra

    The new layout for the app just lists the same 3-4 stories over and over and over. The redundancy is useless and just wastes time. Please fix.

    The news in the SGV is ok, I've had this app for years and it still crash no matter what phone I use. Program needs help.

    Far too many ads; it's a struggle just to read the article... And to make matters worse, after a few days they require you to PAY to keep using the app!! As if they didn't make enough off the obtrusive advertising. A complete waste of time.

  • Prepare for video ads

    Prepare to be berated by video ads of at least thirty second durations, interesting articles force you to a link asking for money to buy a news pass, and if you don't you can't read the article. Save your time and money and get your news from anybody else

    This app is _rap! If you want good news, go with the AP app or USA Today. The news from this app is late, not updated in a timely manner. The "Live Traffic" will place you in San Francisco. If you click on "Full Website" it keeps reverting to lousy mobile phone version. This app does NOT allow you to email the paper to share problems with the app. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS POORLY EXECUTED APP!

    Apparently I now need an account to access the articles, an account that you only get if you subscribe and receive the newspaper. Sorry but this is not going to work. Removed!
