I love being able to see where my refund is and staying updated. The use of the app is plain and simple. My only issue is why do we have a limit on how many times we check on OUR money. It’s our information , our tax return. Why does it matter if some of us are more obsessive at checking the status than others? It’s part of some disorders like myself (autism), we tend to have a specific routine and constant check of clarification. Anyways I’m having bad anxiety now because I can’t check my status until tomorrow. I recently found out that my roommate is passing from cancer and I’m trying to pay off her half of the rent and help and this refund is what I need to do that. $5 a day every day it’s late. Seeing the status gave me calmness that it will be over soon. 😔

Downloaded, put in my correct, exact info, says “error”. Deleted. Pointless. I put in the same exact info I put on the website and it does nothing and says info is wrong.

Does not work

I like the app but I wish that you guys would show an actual date under when a return is received Approved and sent instead of the generic 21 days even a notification when either of the three happen or if there are issue ???

Filed my return and when put my info it gives me the status of my refund! Works perfectly.

It usually works fine, but yesterday it started saying I exceeded the amount of times to check per day. I got the same message today.

Never updated

It says that I exceeded the amount of tries since the latest update. Haven’t gotten any information in over 2 days though.

It does exactly what it should do.
