St. Nicolas and Frederick Douglass are mislabeled for the B/C line. Otherwise decent.

This app barely works anymore, routes don’t load right away and it takes a reset for them to work. It’s still accurate otherwise
  • Long ads

WAY too many ads it’s so frustrating. I get needing to make money but it’s to the point where the app is unusable

Map is outdated based on the recent design update and suddenly the W train is completely missing?? I also can't check train status or use the route planner. Nothing loads.

First time user. Asked for directions from Park Ave between 36 and 37 to west end Ave between 87 and 88. Instead of sending me to Penn Stat or the nearest stop of the 1, it keeps sending me to 14th st, which though I am not a New Yorker, makes no sense. Not going to use this again
  • Too many ads!!

This app is helpful, like for seeing when I need to leave, if I need to rush to my destination, and it helps me find my best transfer. There are though, WAY TOO MANY ADS. Considering that they are using MTA data for everything, I think they can pay for their services with less ads, and it sometimes makes the app unusable when all I want to do is check my transferring train. While they are okay at updating map data, it is now behind as there is a new map, and it also still lists the Rockaways as closed, despite that area of the A train reopening a week ago.
  • Keeps giving me games

I’m trying to get the map. Instead, this app keeps serving me offers for paid memberships or putting me into games that I don’t wanna play and can’t get out of.
