Progressive

Not only has the price gone through the roof, now it is even hard to pay for the entire amount without having to submit it three times through the app. I have been a customer for more than 10 years. Have had two claims on my car with each time the car was parked in a clear parking space and it was damaged without me being even in the car. Submitted video footage of each incident. Clearly not at fault, but my rates have more than doubled. This will be the last time I renew. Time to find someone else who might actually care about their customer.

So confusing!

Very fast very sleek very satisfying

I have felt that I never needed this app. I have only used it to link my device with confirming web pages for insurance coverage or charges. I have been paying $3.00 extra to be mailed hardcopy binder or coverage packets from the company, since inception of the purchase of the insurance coverage. I had suspicions about the app right away; I had no choice about installing the app: a customer service personnel, was assigned to the task, of holding my hand and walking me through the steps to completely install this app, while; we were on the phone call and I was on the Wi-Fi. Subsequently, I have noticed that this app has supplanted the other Progressive apps...Hmmn. I'm certain that this app has been used to verify my identity, if not; out-right spy on me. My insurance premiums have increased about 12% annually. I've been reassuring myself, that the industry has raised rates overall to the same proportion, and that these increases have been; unavoidable. I'm thinking to uninstall this app shortly after leaving this review and see if progressive complains or even notices. I believe that this is one of two apps, that I currently have installed, that cannot be prevented from running in the background and therefore; they are continuously draining the iPhone battery, even when the phone is 'off', the other company's app is more useful to me; one step at a time.

Easy to use

I’m very happy to be with Progressive. When I knew that I couldn’t pay my premium on time, I called them to explain. They removed me from automatic payments. I was then able to pay my bill when I could, which was today.
