Very helpful to keep tabs on laboring OB patients
  • Please fix ambient listening - bug not a feature

Please also allow editing of sticky note from haiku app Abridge ambient scribe disables ability to toggle to encounters, read notes. Makes the scribe feature useless. With a different scribe (Ambience), when pressing button in haiku, it would open in separate app and so I could record audio for scribe and simultaneously tab through the chart in haiku and verbally “pre-chart” one-handed with a single device. With Abridge integration it essentially bricks my phone into a single use microphone tool. You could do it with Ambience, why not Abridge? I’ve given feedback to Abridge but it seems to be Epic Haiku issue. Please fix!! (UCSF)
  • This app never works when I need to.

Yes, the convenience factor is great but when I’m on call and don’t have access to a desktop, I need the app to load. Whether it is Wi-Fi or 5G Ultra Wide, this app never logs in and works. Other applications and Internet searches were completely fine. Just this app. This app is a gigantic let down. Never works on cellular service. Can’t even send a patient message on 5G UW.
  • Perfect quick reference

I’m not sure why the average reviews are so low because I find this exceptionally useful. It’s fast, it allows for direct contact between caregivers and provides critical info on its own.
  • Forced iOS update with latest “improvements”

I used to use Haiku regularly at work. It wasn’t the greatest app but I could at least order meds/labs, see results, read notes, and send messages. This latest updated now requires at least iOS 18 to use the app. Since I was running iOS 17, I’m either forced to update the latest iOS (currently 26) which will kill the performance on my older iPhone or forego using Haiku. Kill my iPhone or abandon Haiku? Bye Haiku.

even when I run all their updates and bug fixes, my dictation often doesn’t transfer to Haiku for several days at this point I’m better off typing and using smart phrases. The promise of AI is not fulfilled here.
  • Outdated UI

This app is not user-friendly at all and the features do not predict common needs/uses for this app. You’re better off using the desktop version of Epic than this stupid app.
  • Shuts down my phone

Every time I use the app on Dax Copilot, my phone (iPhone 17 Pro) completely shuts down. It just turns black. It happened four times. And I just got this phone last week.
  • Unable to connect

About a month ago the APP stopped connecting and opening up while in cellular mode. I have ATT and all other apps work on my phone. I can only use it with WiFi. I have tried everything I know and still won’t connect. Love this for DAX.
  • Awful software

Buggy, crashes, severely limited functionality and keeps asking you to do tasks on the desktop. What’s the use?!
