  • Logging on is terrible

    Not sure why this problem has persisted for so long but logging into this app requires manual entry or going through many steps with the iPhone password manager. There doesn’t even seem to be a way to enable Face ID. Really amateurish.

    The app needs to feel more seamless than the web browser. This app is missing so many features it’s like an app stuck in the early 2000s while customers pay a considerable subscription.

    Can’t rely on it anymore. Good luck getting help from them. Stock/fund daily price will be different in two separate places. Data will be missing on portfolio view. Think they test in production instead of before.

    Asks u to log in every other day pretty much. So if u dont have that memorized then good luck. Whoever created the app is a weeee bit paranoid about security….

    This app is worse than the website in terms of functionality and ease of use. Not sure why Morningstar cannot apply their research standards to customer-facing needs. I’ve already provided feedback directly; no avail.

    This app has not been updated in years. Almost none of the functionality available on a web browser is available on the app. This app has been neglected for far too long.

    Its a decent app but should include some of the features that paid customers have on the web version like portfolio xray and stock intersection.
