This is by far the slowest app i have ever used after the at&t app even with a good wifi on. Like, it barely even works and keeps buffering for like 15 to 30 seconds most of the time.

Doesn’t work most of the time and pretends that it’s not connecting to the server. Upgrade the server to something more reliable!!! Now my account has been suspended for being inactive when I use it often! These scum bags sure enjoy making us renew the account every 6 months when we have been there for 2 years who should I make the next check out to. These lowlife scammers like to pocket more money I want an option that says keep account that has already been paid for active!!!

Working two jobs who both use hot schedules. App doesn’t allow two jobs. Have to log out and log in each time for each job. Needs to update to be able to switch jobs within the app. For me to have to pay for the app this shouldn’t be a problem. Need to fix!!

I’m manager at a restaurant. When the schedule is posted the app will not show me the roster for Wednesday but will show the other days. Can you please fix this.

Constant Issues. There is no app that so frequently has bugs, crashes, won’t even load, like Hotschedules does
  • I love the app but…

Please make a sync button to initiate syncing. It never syncs right away. We need it to sync right away. Even an event that I have 2 days from now has still not synced. It’s the only issue I have.

This app is super annoying. Worst working app I ever used. Starting from setting up which is super confusing.

It would be great if there can be more options to edit the iCal linking with HotSchedules. More specifically changing the type of Calendar like Work or Personal. Also the UI for the entire app could be better.
  • One of the worst scheduling apps and ONLY BECAUSE…

HotSchedules has been my enemy since 2019… this app has so much potential because of the amount of information it can store while helping everyone reach whoever/whenever. However, since more modernized/UI-friendly apps have developed, such as 7shifts (which my company uses now), HotSchedules’ user interface is beyond antiquated to the point it is honestly hard to read and process. You guys have a great template, just modernize your platform!!!
