  • The bugs aren’t fixed

    At least for me, I keep trying to post and it won’t let me. But still 5 stars because it has been really helpful in the past and I just want to be able to post something while being anonymous again

    There’s an error now that prevents posting. 0 posts and no ability to post yourself. Not to mention to even make posts outside of the specific window costs money- so they essentially charged people for an app that no longer functions and I don’t see them handing out refunds. This app was great at the start but the developers got greedy and ruined it.

    I used to come onto this app all the time. Amazing people, amazing advice, people listened and shared. It was a great community. Now you have to pay just to be able to talk, listen, or get messages from other people. Still a good app, just didn’t want companies to have to much self interest over the mental health of the people using the app.

    In 2023 this app was amazing. I met my old best friend here, and the community was active and kind. Now you can’t even join chat rooms without paying, barely anyone is online, and the app is glitchy. It feels like the developer abandoned it. There’s no real reason to download it anymore, which is really disappointing considering how great it used to be. It’s now become one of 99% of the therapy apps on the Apple app store that extort your mental health for money. It’s greedy and beyond cruel.

    When this first started, there was no need for payment of any kind. Just connected you to people who also needed a community and you’d connect. To now HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY just to talk or express yourself? Nah, this app was never about helping people. You just take their info, exploit their needs, and charge them for asking for a reason to live. You and everyone else who runs this app are monsters and I hope the worst for you as this you care about. Only fair.

    5 stars because it was a good app when it first came out, now it’s trashy. Ppl come here to vent their problems, now you can’t even see what kind of advice others are giving you because you have to pay. Very greedy tbh, will be deleting and downloading another app

    this app was amazing until they started to charge for everything. and now it's dead asf and boring. we came to just vent somewhere where people are willing to listen and share but now there's this whole hierarchy we tried to escape on top of just the whole pay to use thing... this used to be a safe space for all ages.
