    I have been trying to login to my account (if I even made one) to get in touch w support and request my refund but I continuously get an error message. Not work the 14.22 (after tax) that they charge you after 3 days

    Don’t sign up for free trial! I did the free trail and they still charged me for one month, even though I immediately unsubscribed myself after trying the app for like an hour. I asked apple for a refund and they did NOT give it to me, even though the app doesn’t appear in my current subscriptions. The app itself also takes forever to generate AI images and there are only a few options for styles of photos.

    Between August 2 and August 21 I was charged $12.99 a total of 4 times and have not been able to get my money back through Apple at all. I canceled the subscription the same day I signed up for it and yet I was charged $52 for something I never even used!! So be careful signing up with this company for anything!!

    I canceled my subscription. It was supposed to end on March 4, but I’m getting charged on March 18 and I will try to reach out through the email but the auto generated email keep responding to me and asking me the same questions again and again please refund me the 12.99 charged after a sub subscription have been canceled.

    I paid a discounted rate $6.99 for the trial period. All the babies were the same no matter what parents you put in. Canceled the same evening and was charged the full amount this evening, 3/7 even though I canceled. I better receive my money back.

    I tried three separate times with photos of my boyfriend and I and each baby was an entirely different race from us each time. We are both white and it gave us an Asian baby twice, boy and girl. As well as a little Spanish baby (neither of us have very dark features)

    I uploaded a picture of the same black and white parent several time to receive a child that was around 60% of the white parent neglecting any and all black features. Even after customizing the parental influence to the black parent being 70% of the likeness, the app ignored my request and continue to neglect black features. Don’t get this app regardless of if you’re a person of color or not it’s bias. Probably a scam too because all the ratings are low but the overall rating is high. Save your time and patience and happy black history month.
