    thanks to runna i'm now seriously injured and in debilitating pain. the lack of flexibility in their plans and aggressiveness in their speedwork is a recipe for injury -- and this is coming from an experienced runner. ridiculous that this app that sells canned plans is even operating. DO NOT USE RUNNA unless you want to get hurt.

    Very few apps are as useful and delightful to use as this one. I’ve been a casual runner for 26 years and tried all the apps and virtual coaches out there, none of them are as comprehensive and easy to use as this one. Truly life changing to be able to get back into running post injury thanks to this app 🙌🏼

    Love this app. Came back to running after a while and have used the messaging portal to ask several questions on how to pursue coming back to running and what plan to use. Have received great advise that helped me get back on track without injury. I love how the app works with my Apple Watch for tracking and gives me queues to speed up or slow down. By far my favorite running app I have used. I am seeing myself meet goals and run comfortably as paces I have never seen before!

    Next best thing to a knowledgeable, relatable, responsive, available coach!! Workouts keep it interesting, keep me progressing, and adapt if life happens and my body needs to slow down for a bit. Following the program for my first marathon in years, I finished comfortably (despite kid-related illnesses, back injury, hilly marathon at elevation, and general life chaos interfering with both training and race weekend) within 30 seconds of Runna’s predicted finish time and easily in safe Boston qualifying time. And it was fun to have a workout on my wrist without needing to plan, and the feeling of a coach nudging me on my 0500 interval runs in the dark alone!

    I have never had a running practice in my life so starting it up the year I turned 40 was a little intimidating. The Runna app offered a free beginning plan that made me feel truly cared for- starting out slow. It is a true motivator and life changer!!

    I’ve really been enjoying my runs with Runna and recently expanded to include some runner-focused strength training. The exercises were really good but having to start your workout to view the exercises was very clunky before. The new update with a dedicated way to preview and even better log weights/reps is a much appreciated improvement! Excited to track my progress and keep training

    The running plan is great but price does not match how janky this app is. I run a lot on a treadmill and the app struggles with that type of running. Tracking and completing a treadmill workout in this app is pretty terrible.
