    I have been using this app for a couple months now and randomly one day. I got an error saying my app was no longer working. I have tried deleting it and putting in my phone number again and it will not allow me to go further. I enjoyed this app, but now that I no longer use it and I cannot get customer service to respond to me. It is worthless to me.

    I used this app for almost a year. Even paid for the premium version because I found it so helpful. Randomly has stopped syncing with my bank and now the app is useless. Customer service doesn’t exist. Extremely disappointed. This app should be removed from the App Store.

    At first I loved this app and loved that it made me realize just how much I would spend each week. But I deleted the app and then redownloaded it and now I can’t sign up at all! I have tried reaching out for help with the number they had on the app and the emails they have one their website and no one has gotten back to me. It’s such a shame too bc I was really looking forward to using the app again.
  • App Stopped work

    I’ve loved this app for almost a year now as it’s the first finance app to actually keep me in line with my spending but it recently just stopped working. It wasn’t loading and then it logged me out and now when I go to put my phone number in to log back in nothing happens. Very disappointed
  • Doesn’t work and customer service is nonexistent.

    Comical that the tagline for this app is “Don’t Waste Your Money” because that’s exactly how I feel about it! I loved it…. when it worked! Over the last few months the app was glitchy and eventually just died. Ultimately had to reach out to Apple for a refund because customer service ghosted me.

    extremely upset that the app is no longer working with zero word from customer service. I’ve been using the app to track my finances for several months, and now I can’t access any of my information. if the app is shutting down the least they can do is let us know and give us an opportunity to save our data. I was a paying customer and this is so disappointing

    It’s funny that their tagline is “don’t waste your money” because I just paid $40 for an app that won’t let me log in and has no support at all.

    Can someone help I’ve tried to text and email. The app kept saying there was a connection issue so then I delete the app. And now when I put my number in nothing happens it’s just stuck on that page. I just spent $40 on an app I can’t use

    DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE APP HAS STOPPED WORKING I’ve had this app for 2 years (since September 2022) and used to be a huge fan… HOWEVER over the past two months this Oops has gone downhill to the point where i wouldn’t recommend it anymore 1. Routinely disconnects my accounts and purchases I’ve made will no longer show up in the sort tab so the app is BASICALLY USELESS 2. there is no ‘help’ option, no FAQ, nothing. you have to text a random number and they never respond to you Does not do its basic function anymore — sorting transactions into categories. I don’t care about seeing what my friends spending habits are if THE BASIC FUNCTION OF THE APP DOESNT WORK ANYMORE UPDATE: As of August 2024 the app has completely stopped working. I was signed out of my account and there is no way to sign back in or even try to create a new account. The ‘Help’ option continues to not work.

    the app is no longer functioning. i enjoyed it for what it was, even was paying for the subscription, but it's now just a blank page with a "network error" message. to even reach support you had to access the app, since that wasn't an option anymore i emailed them with this issue and there was no response as of 2 weeks after the fact. very disappointed in lack of communication, especially to paying customers.
