    Great app, but have been getting “network error” for a month now. I have been looking for something comparable and haven’t found anything yet, super disappointing.

    The app randomly crashed and locked me out of my account (I paid for the $40 yearly subscription) and this happened just after the free trial period ended. I contacted the help phone number, and both email addresses I could find when googling their privacy policy & terms and conditions. There is no customer support. I had to file a claim through Apple and I was able to get refunded.
  • Stopped working for me all of a sudden

    It was going great and fine for a good year or two but for some reason I noticed I stopped receiving like sorting notifs and then I realized it disconnected my accounts. I reconnected them and it was back to normal for a few months but then now it’s just giving me network error or not loading anything. I tried to uninstall the app and redownload but now it won’t even let me sign in again. Really sad cause I actually like dans used it a lot 🥲

    I used this app for almost a year. Even paid for the premium version because I found it so helpful. Randomly has stopped syncing with my bank and now the app is useless. Customer service doesn’t exist. Extremely disappointed.
  • Garbage Now

    This app worked great for a few months but for the last month it hasn’t worked at all. They don’t respond to support emails or texts and even though their app hasn’t worked for the last month, they are still charging oops pro fees. This app was absolutely awesome the first few months I had it. They should sell it to someone that actually knows what they are doing and actually care about their customers.

  • No Longer Working and No Support

    I was using Oops for a few months when it was the free version. I liked it so much that I decided to start paying for it when they rolled out a monthly subscription cost. I used it for about 2 months, paying for an account, and then in the middle of August all my expenses stopped showing up to track. I tried signing in/out, updating the app, and reconnecting my bank accounts but nothing changed. In the settings menu I selected a “I need help” button which led me to a text. I sent a text message explaining my problem and got no reply. I waited a few days. My phone needed an update so I updated my phone thinking maybe that would help the issue. After the update nothing was different so I again attempted to disconnect my bank accounts, however, they just kept reappearing when I rechecked. I logged out of the app and now I can’t even log back in. I put my phone number in to log in and it takes me nowhere. I even reached out to customer support via email and still no reply. I cancelled my membership and will be using Quicken instead.
