    My second day using the Max version and called are getting through. I also have to do extra work to block them. Not worth the money and it doesn’t really work.

    100% spam call elimination? No. 100% spam text elimination? No. Until they figure this out, do not buy this product like I did. I’ve been having nothing but call after call after call from these loan shark people, so I got no more Robo MAX because I already had the PAID version of Nomorobo, and paid for Max as well. However, I still get calls coming through that make it to my voicemail. I still get texts coming through that get sent to me. What is the use of this garbage if it doesn’t stop phone calls from coming through? No chance getting my money back. What a waste of $80 PLUS $30 yearly. COME ON! THIS IS ALMOST AS AGGRAVATING AS THE CALLS THAT IM STILL GETTING. Not quite, but close. Irritating enough for me to go through the trouble of writing this dismal one star review for a product that was supposed to be a five star. It’s just not. If I could leave zero stars I would.

    I’ve been using Nomorobo for the better part of a year and still find it quite confusing at times. Some spam calls and texts still get through, so it’s not perfect to begin with. But then weird things happen, too, like a call that comes through but instead of the caller’s info showing on Caller ID, it just shows my Nomorobo contact card! That’s NOT helpful in the least. Also, sometimes VMs show up in my phone’s native VM box and other times only in the app’s VM area, so now I need to check there, too. Biggest issue is when giving # to a new business, like a new doctor’s office. I never know what # they will use to call back, and therefore are not in my Contacts yet, so I need to disable call screening and leave it that way until I hear back. Sometimes that means a whole day or more open to spam. Otherwise, great service, but still much room for improvement.

    I am highly disappointed in this app and do not recommend anyone to use it much less pay for using it. There is NO way to speak to a live person to help when there’s a problem. Lately I have found that I cannot answer a call that has been determined by this app to possibly be blocked and given a choice to answer the call if I wanted too. When I tap to answer the call, all I get is a circling circle and nothing happens and the call isn’t answered. So…being extremely frustrated, hopefully I have cancelled my paid subscription and deleted the app. There is a complicated method that is severely lacking in clarity walking through this procedure as the steps are severely incomplete. And note that all my frustration could have been alleviated if this app was up-front and suppled its users with a phone number for customer support with a live person as their “help” page at their website is severely lacking and as I said, does not contain clear and accurate instructions.
