I genuinely thought I’d be able to track my son’s books but the app started logging me out recently and now it won’t even let me enter the location prior to login. But honestly the location shouldn’t be needed if the library books are connected to the library card.

Most times when I go to use the app I am logged out and have to get out my library card to enter my information. I don’t carry my library card with me so if I’m away from home I can’t check the status of a hold or put a hold on a book because I’m always logged out. It’s annoying!

Usually not working. Barely does anything useful on the rare occasions it does. Should get zero stars.

So I’ve been logged out. Again. Annoying as usual, but now I can’t log back in because I can’t search for my library. The “select your library” button pulls up the little search bar, but as soon as I start typing the pop up shrinks and I can’t see the results to select a library. This app has never been good. Constantly getting booted has made this app incredible annoying, but at least I could get in long enough to place holds and check out books. Now I literally can’t even use it. Trash.

The function of the app is convenient but being logged out every 3rd time I open it is not

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it still won’t open. I’m stuck at SELECT YOUR LIBRARY. Even when I type the library name it doesn’t show up

This app does nothing well. It barely works. And when it does, it constantly crashes. Probably the worst app I’ve ever encountered.

Wish my library used a different app. SLOW!!!!

Won’t load after update

Super slow. Cannot add multiple cards to manage. I don’t understand why this is so glitchy. Very frustrating. I don’t know who in local government chose this platform. But it’s terrible.
