    at the very beginning the first body you investigate half the screen is black you cannot do anything i had to hint and guess what to select by chance or I couldn’t go ahead most the selection where chosen for me as if the hint button was on auto for most of that chapter very disappointed really ruined it for me… could I get a refund or a replacement game different not this story? Im a huge supporter never had this with the other 20 plus games I’ve bought

    It is a good game and I did the 6.99 purchase but I finished the game and not even sure what the 6.99 payed for. I know it my problem because I didn’t read all of what it said but I would like to know what I actually paid for.

    This is a fun game, can’t go any further because the bread making section does not work, it does nothing after pouring the milk into the measuring container, the measured milk in the container will not pour into the bread pan to start the bread making, disappointing, it just keeps going back to it’s location without pouring into the pan…

  • Birdhouse Issue

    The item provided to take the nails out of the birdhouse is refusing to allow me to use it. It keeps saying there must be a another way, I’ll try another solution, etc. and others. I know I have the correct item, but it still refuses to let me progress forward on the game. Please explain how I can fix this issue. P.s. I have tried restarting the game several times.

    The biggest issue with this game is that it takes several tries to pick up or touch an item either with your finger or Apple Pencil. It’s frustrating to know that you’re clicking on the right item, but the game isn’t recognizing your touch. I’m surprised it has a 4.4 rating.

    Great game with lovely artwork and marvelous puzzles! I always love the games with shades of good and evil. This was a smooth play for me. Terrific work—and please give us EIPIX! You know we will buy. Thanks for such a literate and lovely game! I even enjoyed the HOPs (usually just tapping for me) because of the artwork! moxieruby

  • Got my money's worth but needs optimization for iPad

    This was decent, long enough. Art was good, writing and voice acting could have been better. Main issue is that some things didn’t seem to work correctly as laid out on the iPad screen.

    Update did not fix knife issue. Still stuck. I do not restart games once into them. A fix would be fair. That would be the correct thing to do. It could be really great game. Never played the full game. Money gone.

    The game is good but the items that you have to select is not sensitive to the touch. One has to tap multiple times for it to finally work. Also, the games freezes once and a while. You have to close out and go right back in and it works. Other than those two things, I find the game very enjoyable.
