    I love your app I’ve been on this site for maney years I have never had any problems until today and I’m very disappointed I had over 500 reading points saved because I’m reading love slave to mob boss any way I’ve been reading it useing free point it’s taken me 3 years to read and I was getting ready to use my point and before I did I tried to update which I didn’t get to do and when I checked all my point are gone it took me fore ever to save and know I’m starting freaking over I will do it but I want u to know I’m not very happy so please for the love of reading don’t let it happen to some one that actually pays for there point I’m to poor to pay so th only thing hint I get is the free point that I accumulate on your app

    The stories are good, however, I am unable to cancel the subscription. It’s not under my subscriptions to cancel. So I have an iPhone 11 which is old. Would that have anything to do with it? I’ve contacted customer service and they can’t cancel for me. So now they keep debiting $49.99. I feel frustrated right now.

    I am very frustrated. I have paid for a weekly subscription numerous times, yet end up having to pay more to continue reading during the week. Requiring me to request refunds on a regular basis. Can this be fix d?

    Enjoy the read; however, my chapters keep backtracking and I am paying for chapters I have already paid for and read just to be where I should. Trend is the app goes back three to four chapters from where I was last, extremely irritating and better not be price gauging.

    I use to love this app, I had it for almost a year now and never had problems with it until now. I just opened the app and it says that it was not working right so I got off the app, went to my windows, and closed the app. When I got back on the app, I looked at my coins and saw that all of my coins that I had earlier were gone. I had 308 coins and now I have 51. I got the 51 back by claiming the reading award and watching the video ads but I am still mad that I lost all my coins when I did not purchase anything. How can I get my coins back?

    I went into my account to read my books and they are all gone along with my coins!!!! I have to save up to buy my coins! What is going on????

    High star only to qualify for a spot on the list. Do not purchase in app coins. You will not receive them and are forced to go through your App Store and they will not accommodate your refund request even though it is the only way you can get access to a such a request. Also they limit your access to free coins after a certain point in your story progression. The headache and money spent is not worth it.

    I love this so and have found many wonderful stories that I have enjoyed. Unfortunately, over the last several days it has stopped working. Every time I try to read a story, I get kicked out of the ap. I have tried several things and I am unable to fix it.

    Really should have read the reviews before getting the app. I have gotten the subscription that it had for $0.99 for one week and honestly don’t see what it’s for. You still have to wait or purchase coins to be able to continue reading. Also, when watching ads it says you’ll get 36 coins, yet when you actually watch it says only 24 coins which isn’t even enough to unlock one chapter. I also got the 3-day trial premium subscription and still seems like they do nothing. Completely annoyed and disappointed.
