    So far I’m really enjoying this story. This is the 1st book I’ve read on this app so I’m still figuring out some of the quirks of the app but I’m getting there. I would recommend this book to anyone. It has really grabbed my attention.

  • Great stories w/some issues

    I have read several different books on this app and love that the price per chapter is the same for every book and that there are different ways you can earn free coins. I’ve also paid to be able to read through more chapters rather than read a couple chapters each day only. I’ve only ever had two complaints about this app. First, I didn’t login before and lost all my progress (which included paid chapters) when I switched to a new iPhone. Didn’t have this problem with other apps which saved my progress just fine. The second issue occurred when I recently purchased some coins during the Valentine’s Day sale. I never received the coins in my account even though I was charged in my Apple account and I was logged in on this app. I was able to get the coins added to my account after emailing the support team. Thanks for that My Passion support team! I just wish there was a way to recover my lost progress in the several books that I had been reading. That would make me give a 5-star rating for this app.

    I am tired of trying to search for stories they start in Facebook that are not found in the app. Almost every time I start the story and go to the app. I get a message that the story isn’t found. It’s ridiculous

    The stories are really good. Some stories even have an audio feature. Had to contact customer support about my cook balance and always had a wonderful experience. Customer service was quick to resolve my issue(s).

    I started reading the book from the add and wanted to continue it, but when I downloaded the app, it was nowhere to be found. Will other books disappear before I get to finish them? Sorry, not worth the risk.

    I love the stories, I subscribed but I guess I don’t understand, because I need coins for each chapter. Then why bother subscribing? Also was subscribed twice.

    I love the changes where the daily checking extend past 7 days and coins collected for extended reading. The change that seem to be effecting me more is the lack of being able to watch an add after each chapter. I’m not able to read as long without being able to get those extra coins.

    Great books and great customer support! The only thing I have an issue with is waiting 8 hours for the next chapter 😭 I may be a little impatient 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣
