  • Ridiculous dice program

Fix the dice program! No way is it random dice when opponents get three or four doubles IN A ROW EVERY GAME! And rolls that just happen to be perfect happen all the time! Garbage dice! Ruins what could be a good app. So incredibly frustrating! Hate it!
  • Real rolls

When I can predict what the roll will be better than half the time……
  • Unrealistic

The rolls are simply not realistic. I went 12 games once without winning the initial roll. It isn’t hard to make a truly unbiased random dice generator. Maybe they should try this. I’ve been playing backgammon since I was about 12 and I have won about 30% of the game I’ve played on here. Over 100. You lose to the unfair rolls you experience not because of a lack of skill.
  • A rip!

I played ten games where I had built a strong finish and in each….in a row….the other player got the perfect roll or I received a roll that exposed a chip the other player than hit. This game is clearly manipulated and fake. Horrible experience. Deleted!
  • Too rigged to bother with

I tried playing your game again because I like backgammon but your game is pathetic. Will never try again as it is too frustrating.
  • No tutorial as promised!!

The application does not have a tutorial as promised. I downloaded it and installed this on my iPad specifically because the comments said that there was a tutorial. Running the program I see no way to view any tutorial. I contacted support and they said that they used to have a tutorial but they’ve removed it from the application. If you’re looking for a Backgammon application that has a tutorial then you’re gonna have to look someplace else. I can’t rate this any higher because I don’t know the game and I was looking forward to taking tutorial so that I could learn how to play the game. Disappointed is an understatement.

Recently I was at a point where I couldn’t lose the game so I elected to put in auto mode. When I later went to start a new game I saw the I lost the game that I thought I couldn’t lose because I didn’t make a move in the allotted time. Never use the auto mode if you want to win.
  • Random Number Engine is Flawed

Have a master’s in probability and statistics. There is something wrong with the random number engine they use. There is nearly zero probability that someone can get 4-5 rolls of doubles in a row. Yet, it happens.
  • It’s a crying SHAME!!!

Because this could be a very good app. If the developers had any integrity, sense of right and wrong, or just simple honesty. Instead they’re a bunch of soulless, godless, creep millennials that could care less about user experience. The GUI is actually very good and is pleasing to play on. If they could only realize that there is an algorithm that would be fair. There is no reason to CHEAT except to try to get users to rebuy coins. Maybe that’s the developers sole intention!
  • Coins Don’t

Purchased a new iPad and transferred my data. All of my games transferred my data and progress except this one. I had over 6,000 coins and now I have to start accumulating all over again. Super disappointing.
