I am very impressed with the ease of use.
  • Support lacking

Aura support is lacking (virtually non existent). A ticket opened for issue/improvements took aura two weeks for initial response from support (not the 2 business days they say). Current ticket has now been opened for over a month with no resolution in sight.

The app has way too many issues! Get the bugs worked out before launching the app tends to work better that way! Feels like a big waste of money being no refunds! Not happy!

After signing up with this company instead of getting charged $11.99 a month I was charged $1200 so be careful. (according to them it was an accounting mistake).
  • Terrible App

They only want to upsell you on services. More of upsell info compared to data to help people who pay for the protection services.
  • Poor implementation

Application is horrible, slow and sluggish. After recent update can’t see notifications anymore. Shows headers and no content. Application and services provided by this company are laughable. Stay far away!

Experian and Capital One notified me of my personal information being found on the Dark Web and Aura still has no clue!

Installed the app and immediately it set to work offering me an endless stream of upgrades and performing unwanted work. The trial period was invalided because I upgraded to Family Plan so that the app could actually do what I asked it to do; limit my child's online activities. It failed at that. Locked my child out for over a day and counted the App Store as an online activity. No ability to limit entertainment apps, but permit apps like messenger. And of course the endless upgrade offers. $240 worth of ads!! What. A. Rip. Off.
