    I’ve been using this for about 3 days and there are so many glitches. Projects disappear and the desktop version gets constant errors. I’ve reached out for support and they have not responded.

    I have canceled this subscription at least 3 times and they continue to try to charge my card. Good thing I used one that has a zero amount on it unless I transfer. I can’t get to anyone to chat about this issue either. Really irritating

    I bought my captions app with great expectations, given the raving reviews. And have tried, on my phone, to edit the app using the AI tool. The videos never get produced and it takes forever "preparing videos." I am glad that I got the monthly option because this app needs a lot of improvement before anyone should buy it.

    Truly amazed at how the video came out, however I’m gonna be honest I’d like it to be longer segments however, under two minutes is what the AI feature will allow, but the videos are phenomenal. The images flow with what you’re talking about and it will create them. It’s crazy. This is a completely honest review and I was skeptical.

    Yo. Let’s talk about why Captions AI is not worth $7 a week. $7. A week. That’s $364 a year… for basic video captions and a few half-baked AI effects that look like they came outta TikTok’s leftover bin. They promise “AI editing” — but really, it’s just auto-cropping, zoom cuts, and generic subtitles. And guess what? You can do most of that in free apps like CapCut, Descript, or even Final Cut if you know what buttons to press. Oh — and the filters? They all start to look the same after 2 videos. You want variety? Good luck. Let’s break this down: • $7/week = $364/year. • That’s more than Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve Studio, or a pro Descript license. • And unlike Captions, those apps don’t lock your creativity behind a “subscription leash.” You want to put out content that doesn’t look like it came from an AI template factory? Then don’t throw your money at a glorified subtitle generator. I’m making real AI-powered videos — using better tools, smarter workflows, and zero overpriced gimmicks. And I’ll be breaking all of it down here, for free, on this channel. So unless you like paying $7 a week for a watered-down version of what your iPhone already does… Skip Captions. Learn the tools. Own your process. And if Captions wants to lower that price to something sane? Cool. Until then? Hard pass.

    The AI feature is not always there, but I like to give it a start then edit and then add my own B roll manually
