Pages don’t load. Login is very confusing. The most useful features are disabled by the school.

How scummy do you have to be to charge 4.99 a year for a goddamn app? Why is everything a subscription now? Let alone had to pay a “fee” to enroll in autopay. So that’s already annoying. Now in order to use the app you need to pay a subscription? Seriously?! It’s not even about the amount it’s about the principle of it. Seriously trash.

And no one will help me on the support team. Very disappointed with the whole experience

Bruh… you can’t stay on this app for one month before it logs you out. I’ve had this app for a pretty long time and I’ll be honest: it is helpful to see my grades and my homework and my classmates. But like why does it log me out after just logging back in like 2 weeks ago?!? It’s unnecessary and I can’t find my password for it so I’m basically logged out. At the time we’re going into a new school year so I wanted to see what new kids were gonna be in my class, but nah; it just decides, “You know what… I feel like he wants to have a bad day today. Let’s log him out for no reason😄” and then I get in the app and I’m like, “What the Johnson?!?!? How am I logged out?!?!😭” So yeah there’s that. And on the other hand; even in the few weeks that I am logged in, the app is so delayed. My teachers will be like, “I put the grades in FACTS.” And I go home and look at my grades and LITERALLY NOTHING CHANGED!! Like y’all what are we doing?!?! But overall this app is OKAY because it is very helpful to see my grades, considering I have been an all a student for my whole life and I can’t really be without seeing my grades. But the app definitely loses a lot of points for all the stuff I listed earlier. This app=🆗

What app requires paying for use when the web is free? This is 2025. A bald faced money grab to students and families. What a shame!

This is the worst app in the history of apps when it comes to resetting your password every time you log in. First off, it never allows you to use any PW you’ve ever used. That’s difficult when you have to reset it every time. I’m using passwords I’ve never used now. I write them down because they are variations and even then, when I login it says unknown and I have to start over. Almost every single time.

Why do I have to enter my log I. Information every single time I open the app. I’ve saved my log in information. Also the updates are constant and absurd.

I downloaded this thinking it would be easier than logging into the website. But after logging in, it said my kid’s school wasn’t set up with a FACTS account. Which it most certainly is. So the app was completely useless for me since all of the pages said that, despite it recognizing my account. So I asked Apple for a refund and they denied it, twice! So I logged back into the app again to ask FACTS for a refund but now I see it suddenly “works” (in the sense that I can see all of the pages now without that error message), but the app is terribly glitchy. When you click on items from the hamburger menu, it doesn’t stay responsive for mobile and things overlap each other. It looks like this was designed super poorly, which makes me wonder how our school is entrusting our children’s private info with a company like this. PowerSchool is so much better but they were hacked a couple years ago. So I worry that a smaller company like this could also be vulnerable if they haven’t invested much in their app.

Easy to use and find my student’s grades.

This app needs so many updates I can never open the app and go straight to using it. Along with this I need to login into the app every time I open which would be sort of okay except it won’t let me save my information.
