Cappuccino - stay in touch

I was excited to try Cappuccino because it seemed like a fun and cute way to stay in touch with friends. The concept is great, and I love being able to leave audio notes for my friends to listen to when they have time. The interface is playful and enjoyable to interact with, which adds to the charm of the app. That said, I find the app a bit confusing to use. Maybe it’s just me, but it’s hard to tell what I have and haven’t listened to yet. The way everything is organized feels a little unclear, making it tricky to navigate. I’m not sure exactly how it could be improved, but I hope the developers continue refining the experience because the idea itself is fantastic, and I’d love to keep using it. On the bright side, the creators clearly have a strong creative vision—the app is visually appealing and fun to engage with. With some usability improvements, it could be even better!

this is my friend group’s second time downloading cappuccino because we fell off a few years ago but it is verrrrry entertaining and helps us all keep in touch from all around the country 🤍 love

I’ve been using cappuccino for several years and recently my whole friend group has been having issues with receiving notifications when a new prompt is added, a bean is recorded, or when the cappuccino is served. Can someone please look into this? It’s so frustrating and makes our communication inconsistent.

I downloaded Cappuccino on a whim several years ago and started using it to keep up with my friends throughout our weeks after we graduated. I recently moved across the country for work and I’m converting more and more friends to use it to keep in touch. It can be better than texting in that it feels more “live”, and it can be used when there’s not a good time talk synchronously. I do have minor wishes for things to be added/adjusted. I would love if there was a way to turn off notifications for cappuccinos when I’m the only one who sent the audio. It’s just a hassle to go through and fast forward to remove the unread messages, i rarely re listen to myself. Timestamps on reactions or comments could also be helpful to remember what they were responding to.

I’m the mother of four adult children who live in three different places. This app has been great to keep us up-to-date about what each other is doing. You just listen to it during the time of day that is convenient for you. (I would have given it 5 stars for Apple devices, but there are service issues with non-Apple devices.)

Love that daily I can hear my family that live so far a distance. We share old and new stories and share all kinds of great information. We love this app

I love this app a lot it’s encourage me to have deep conversations with myself and with my family and friends and I like it a lot. I’ve only been using the app for a few days, but I can see myself using this app consistently and learning a lot about myself through the journey.

This app has allowed me to keep in touch with my very good long distance friends for the last two years. 🥲 I love it so much and think it’s the best “social media” because it’s actually social. So amazing and hope it keeps growing!!!

My college girlfriends and I are spread out over the globe and we’ve been using this every day for ver two years. I would be devastated if it ever went away, it’s helped us stay connected and brings so much joy daily, I’m eternally grateful!
