    I put $20.00 last night got up to $550.00 cashed out to my bank and now my account is suspended and I contacted support but they can’t handle it so I have to wait for an email from someone else and it’s been all day and still haven’t heard from them.

    I usually play on MGM and Golden Nugget with no issues. I don’t have to wait for the games to load, and I’ve never had a game freeze. Yesterday I played on Fanduel. I’m on an IPhone. I was playing a game called Dancing Drums of Prosperity, hit the jackpot feature and the game is frozen. I contacted support (I have the screenshots) of a rude woman who did absolutely nothing. She also didn’t verify any of my information and acted like I was bothering her!!! Her exact words were “I’ll send it to the casino team” And I asked if I could verify that she had the correct email and she ENDED the chat! Lol. I sent a follow up today and was told the case was closed. I also have that information. What?!?! The game is still frozen. The issue was not resolved. I’m good. I took my money out. WHY would I keep playing on a site and risk this happening again, especially if I hit big!! STAY AWAY. There are way better and more professional casino APPS that don’t blow their customers off like this. I’ll take that loss on the bonus. But I’ll make sure other people know they are taking a huge risk on here. Any site where you have to wait for the game to download you’re asking for issues like this to happen. 👎

    I start playing at Fanduel and loved playing. I won a few times. I considered this a great place to play. I am an avid player, along with my husband. Recently, this place just took my money. I do feel because I do play alot, the machines are made to just not hit anymore. I guess it's a no for me in the future. I will stay with my other two favorites 😡

    I was enjoying FanDuel for quite sometime but it seems every time it was time for FanDuel to payout there was issues. I previously won 1000 on casino and they suspended my account once I withdrew the money due to “suspicious activity”. This has happened to numerous individuals who are simply betting to enjoy themselves. I wouldn’t recommend this application to ANYONE. To top it all off they have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They do not respond to their customers and once they do respond they just keep repeating the same “ we are working on it” message. It’s absolutely disgusting.
