Was working with Package route (near perfect app) for years and recently they shut down. Was told to download this trash app. Near impossible to use while trying to navigate to the next stop. Glitches show stops that just stay in one spot on the screen as you thumb around the map. Having apartments is impossible to know if there's multiple stops in the building because their plots are stacked directly on top of one another. And if their plot isn't in the right spot on the map, there's no way to edit the "mistake." This app isn't user friendly in any sense. I'd give zero stars if I could. I hate leaving bad reviews as if I could develop an app at all, but this is just a complete mess for delivery drivers doing nearly 200 stops a day.

The app is great but can you give us the option to adjust the delivery pin. Most of the time it’s not accurate and I have to use other alternatives to find the location. Thanks.

We used to use an app called “Package Route.” It was far easier to understand and so much less cluttered. There weren’t a million shapes for what the stops were, just colors. Pure green meant it was a delivery. Green with a purple outline meant it was express. Blue meant it was a pickup, blue with a purple outline meant it was express pickup. If multiple things were going to the same address, instead of a stop number in the node, it would be a hashtag. Tapping on the hashtag would bring a drop down menu showing you every stop at that address. It was an extremely simple system, the address nodes were actually on the right locations and you didn’t have to wonder if you were actually going to the right spot or you were going to be a few miles off. Package Route updated your stops almost as fast as the scanner without you having to manually close them out and they accounted for ALL your stops you complete by graying them out unlike Beans. Sadly Package Route was bought out by a worse delivery app development team and immediately shut down. Because you know, can’t have competition that actually knows what they’re doing and all. So my company said Beans was the next best app. It can be if they look to Package Route for their design and functionality. After all, they’re not using it anymore.

I don’t understand why FedEx uses the Beans app when GroundCloud already exists. Beans could be a solid tool if it offered true in-app navigation, but having to leave the app to open Apple Maps makes it far from hands-free. GroundCloud is much more user-friendly and driver-focused — everything stays in one place with real turn-by-turn navigation. That makes it safer and more efficient since drivers don’t have to mess with their phones on the road. In my opinion, any FedEx driver looking for a reliable, truly hands-free system should use GroundCloud instead. It’s smoother, safer, and designed with the driver’s workflow in mind.

Beans has never been a perfect app however a little while ago they decided to take all the apartments and make it appear as a single stop which you need to inspect in order to figure out where to go, the problem is beans often messes up and won’t combine all the stops so when you inspect it you may skip over a couple other stops and have to go back, it’s just such an awful idea and I have no clue why they implemented it in the first place

The app has no clue on how to set up my route and needs an option to move stops individually
