Ever since they announce they are going to delete the other version of this app that doesn’t require the 1.5k year subscription, this app stops working. So now having to use bad version of the app while paying 1.5k yearly because this app takes a minute to load the first swing and then doesn’t work after that every time. No matter if app is synced, deleted, reinstalled, or anything. Won’t work

It might be the machine but I’m constantly kicked off of the connection. If you have Rapsodo, contact them to figure these issues out with the app and connection. I’m unable to coach with the machine now for over a week.

Definitely need some work almost like it got pushed off to the side. Been waiting for the Kinematics to come out for at least two years now since they said they were going to come out with it still not out yet still not updating….

Every time we use it there is some type of glitch. Reboot,refresh,reload… it gets old. You charge too much to have such a crappy product.

app keeps glitching and is unable to function. having to re download every time I want to check my session.

9k invested in Rapsodo tech and membership and the systems work so poorly. Their priority is MLB, USABL, and huge facilities. The little guys are ignored. Shame.

I bought the home version of Rapsodo for my 12 and twin 9 yr old boys. The 3D visualization of field and the cut to video slow motion of swing was simply amazing. Boys constantly hitting and reviewing themselves in “instant reply” be fore next pitch. Software does it automatically once you start a session and links with the data for the swing. You can then go back and review mechanics of you best velocity, distance and launch angle. Home run derby is fun to let them compete a little. I use an IPad Pro screen mirroring to an Apple TV 4K and there are no issues with speed. Fantastic product. If you have a 14x20 area in a basement min you can setup a great fun environment to work on mechanics at home.

After the recent update the app crashes every time you try to select a bat model. The new app experience has not been the best. Hopefully the update solves some of connectivity difficulties. The app is basically not usable at the moment

The app is glitchy, freezes up and does not let you download the videos. Great software and tool but the app is horrible.

Every time I open the app it says Network Error. iPad is up to date with latest iOS and I deleted & redownloaded and same issue. Works on iPhone?
