    There is no way to view or purchase any movie times. Had to go online and use the website

    When I originally downloaded the app it worked beautifully. Now won’t show anything. Doesn’t show any of the movies playing at the theatre now or any of the upcoming. I have deleted and reinstalled but still nothing. The only thing that works is the barcode that is generated to pay at the counter. Which completely defeats the purpose of the app. Please fix this.

    I tried and tried to like this app, but it hardly works. It needs work BIG TIME! I can’t find the showtime on there. I can’t buy tickets on there. What’s the point of having the app if it won’t work? Useless. Finally deleted it.

  • Pointless and frustrating

    Aside from the completely ridiculous need to download an app to purchase tickets for a single venue, the app is also poorly designed. The app is aesthetically displeasing and amateurish, and the credit card entry page is a pain. It also indicates that the address is not required, but if you choose not to enter an address, it tells you the address doesn’t match and you have to fill out the entire form again.

    Times Square Grand Slam is the best entertainment value in East Texas bar none. The prices are fair and the concessions are very reasonable. The restaurant has great food and service and again at a fair price. We have been regular customers and we will always be.
