    I had this doorbell for a year I have their subscription. And I can’t see any of my videos because it says I need a subscription but I already have one. And there is no other way to contact about this issue. Terrible service and terrible product.

    Overall these are good cameras super easy to setup….however wish list —-pause feature sometimes it would be nice to place the camera or cameras on pause, they stop on their own once they reach a 100 plus clips—most annoying as my Rokus will just keep rolling into the 1000 plus, so with these have to keep cleaning up videos so they don’t shut off, don’t automatically allow a side view when you turn your phone—you have to click on the icon-annoying, would prefer some type of bundling price option for the Cloud or no cloud at all since we don’t save videos…the option to delete all instead of scrolling to select would be useful..Thanks MORE Observations: I delete all videos almost daily yet I open the calendar and see videos listed for days back that were. It there before-super frustrating! And the cameras don’t allow you to watch-monitor without recording so you can only watch to the limit of the video timer—again frustrating-we use them for our chicken coop and would like to watch them for long periods of time but this isn’t an option Why don’t the cameras capture continuous movement—it is like snippets once again frustrating!

    They like most apps are terrible because they charge too much for not much?! It’s not a functioning product. it’s not for the lifetime of the item.

    When I first bought these doorbells cameras, Customer Service was amazing. Now they will never answer any of your questions that you asked them. The cameras don’t work like they used to. Customer Service is horrible.

    This is the worst app and product ever you can cancel the subscription and they still find a way to make you pay for it. They still want me to pay for a product that broke years ago that does not work haven’t worked. I don’t even have the product and they still want you to pay for it do not buy it. Do not work with this company. This company is absolutely terrible. They’re scammers.

    For the past 4 days can’t see live video and is not recording recent activities. And this is not just with mine it’s local and can’t get any help to fix! And I pay for the subscription!

    This camera is useless unless you purchase an subscription! The camera quality is good but customer service is more than trash. It says customer service available from 9 to 5 PM Monday through Friday but they’re not even available at all! The ads are frustrating and when you purchase a subscription to one of your cameras, the price of the subscription goes up on the next camera. The camera does not charge fast enough. When you change the name of the camera, it turns the name back to the original name “front door”. The app has a mind of its own and changes the settings that you set yourself! When you buy a subscription free trial the trial fee that they charge you goes up $3. You get what you pay for!!! You’re better off with another camera that won’t scam you out of your money and time!

    The camera doesn’t record all the time. The app will log you out randomly. And you have to purchase a 6 month plan there is no monthly option. I’m waiting until this subscription is up then I’m getting Ring.
