    258.8 start,now 212.0 Things continue to progress nicely and ahead of May 30 schedule APP is better all the time. I still think the sodium analysis is too simple, perhaps a widget to select the users thoughts on sodium content Recently participated in a survey about a paid exercise program program option. I was pretty negative because they are not attentive to old people and exercise. People in their 70’s will not generally do exercises at home on the floor. To be honest, people who are serious about weight loss use Silver Sneakers and go to the gym for free. I think a better choice, since I am approaching my initial goal, would be to provide a maintenance program or an option to carry on to another goal , a reset. For me, an example would be encourage ment to go to 195 as an example, then maintenance or better described as goals met, now proceed to the next phase . The Simple Life maintenance plan in a fast food world.

    I never write reviews, but this app is awesome! Everything is right here and accessible. I wrote down my dinner in a paragraph form and it broke it all out for me! Super impressed with this! I am not doing it justice with this review. But it covers, weight, meals, exercise, routines, reminders, fasting- it is all here! I seriously have had 4 apps already this year (it is only April) and this one crushes all of them! So excited for this! Thank you!!!!

    I have had a really good experience with Avo the coach. I would like to be able to see my fast better and edit my day easier. I think it should be more compartmentalized. It feels like the app overlaps itself. I want to see my hydration separate from my steps separate from my fast. It’s too mushy

    Overall I love a lot of things this app has to offer. A couple of suggestions I think would make it better is 1. I dislike if I ended up starting my fast earlier than expected later on it won’t let me start the fast within the app until I log a new meal but I don’t have one to log. So that becomes frustrated so then the app doesn’t recognize I did my fast at all. 2. When logging my food I love the photo option and being able to edit it if needed. My only sticking point is I understand if I have logged a meal that would be considered fair or good and I am given suggestions on how to improve it. But when I log an optimal meal it would be a better boost to me to just see something like I did great instead of here is how I can still do it better. Like I’m trying and just the extra good job is enough don’t tell me I’m not getting what I should if that makes sense.

    The tracking is not consistent. I log and hit or exceed my fast every day but when I look back it shows I only did it 3 out of 7 days. And last week it reset my streak after 28 days, they are still working on a fix. It is frustrating when you are taking the steps. I like seeing numbers, it helps me hit my fails. When the app doesn’t actually reflect what you do it is disheartening.

    I really enjoy the AI app chat feature and the periodic reminders to drink water and eat and start fast and fast question some of the advice with nightshades and sugar sweeteners. I am diabetic type two so I have to take more care and fasting than what a regular user would do. Actually I lowered my A1c 1.2 points since I started simple. I was really encouraged at first when a lot of the inches around my waist went down like four or 5 inches. I’m learning all the time.I started cooking recipes suggested in the app as well.

    The whole app is set up with so much insight and help through this process I've never felt hungry or craving through the fast. Coach ck-in support is uplifting. List 3 lbs in two weeks. Its set me up to hit my goal by June.

    I absolutely love the Simple App. It has helped me so much in losing some weight. I love all the information about nutrition, the food recipes and how it motives me during my fasting. I really recommend this app.

    There are constant errors in this application. It constantly congratulates me for being .5 pounds from my goal weight when actually I am 20 pounds away. This is just one example, there are many others. It doesn’t translate and import some information from my Apple Watch properly. The meal analysis seems inconsistent. I will not renew this subscription after my initial period is over. You could do the same thing this program does by manually recording your weight and your meals on a note pad. It also doesn’t track calories which is the true key to weight loss. Finally, the promise of an individualized plan is absent.
