    Here’s my thing: I really, really like this game and all the adventures that come with it. But I’ve been playing this game for about a year(if not longer) and I have yet to open up a new part of my home island… and I do spend money here! Last I saw, in order to fix the steps on my home island I was supposed to reach level 35… I am now on level 40 and I STILL can’t fix my steps to open up new area on it.

    I love this game, although I’ve almost deleted it twice. You need way too many rubies to upgrade anything. It’s impossible to get rubies almost it cost way too much energy to get things for all the islands so you never can complete a whole set really. It’s too bad because it would be one of the best games on the Internet if it wasn’t for those things.

    I’ve had this game for a little while and every so often I will make a real money purchase for extras during “events”. They are so quick to overcharge you- this last time I purchased a $5.99 extra and I was charged over $30. I waited for support for over an hour and when they connected they made up some excuse about how previous charges would be combined (I’m sure that’s possible for some but that was not my case). The support specialist then requested I go back and find each time my Apple Pay has been charged so they could “investigate further”. I have been overcharged at least $50 over the past 2 months and no one with support has reimbursed me. It’s a fun enough game but I’m considering deleting it because I keep getting random charges. You guys should do better because this is very frustrating **update** Moments after posting this I received a message saying “we’re sorry for the inconvenience please accept our reimbursement gift” and it was 5 birdie tokens 😤🤬 That does NOT excuse the $50+ overcharge

  • Fun but repetitive, and no reason to keep playing

    The more you play the worse it gets. Each island event is the same landscape sand the same tasks over and over again. Focusing on the expeditions and building up the home island are the most interesting and engaging part, since it helps you advance in the game, but they haven’t released a new expedition island in months, and you max out at level 75. Once you hit that point, why keep playing? There is no way to advance in the game and seemingly no effort from the developers to keep players in the game.

    Energy for events is extremely high no reason I have to wait hours to regain energy just to craft one thing. Reasons like that I stop playing games.

    I’ve been playing this game since 2020. Even have spent money on it bc I enjoyed it so much. With the recent update, I can’t get to bonus islands like Gold Island without completing the adventure island, which is pretty much impossible bc everything is so expensive. Resources like palm trees, acid, and claws are so scarce and I would stock up on these on the bonus islands but now they’re gone and so are my supplies. The merchant is ridiculous now with what he wants and wipes out everything I have just to get a gold key. I’ve sent him away a few times hoping his asks would lighten up but they haven’t. These drastic changes to the game are awful and it’s so hard it’s not even fun anymore. I’m about to delete the game after 4 years. So disappointed. ZTT5M3
