    It is amazing but the gems are hard to get and you have to pay if you want gems and some events you have to pay to open your chests

  • Fun but could use some tweaks

    This game is fun overall, but could really use some tweaks. 1) When we have creatures to merge, it would be nice if there was a way to show exactly what needs merged (think little icon in corner of egg/creature section- similar to Merge Gardens)), instead of having to scroll all the way through. This makes the game kind of unenjoyable. 2) Things could be a bit more affordable. 3) Give opportunities to earn more compasses.

    I’ve been enjoying this game a lot, the graphics are cool, the mini games can be challenging, but not impossible. I wish the seasons had more to it. Dream Island isn’t completely useable, there’s still some things that say, “in progress, check back later.”

  • FIX THIS ANNOYING GLITCH

    This has happened before, once when I was younger playing this game, twice when I played this throughout middle school, and now has just happened again. All on different devices. The game freezes up, and either deletes ALL the rewards I had gotten from the tower of riches or the daily rewards and resets my streak. In gets incredibly frustrating and makes me want to delete this game. Also another thing gems should not be as relevant to the progress of your game. I’m not stupid enough to spend money on a few gems.

    During the events every weekend if I exit the game or anything the game freezes and crashes and the only way to get back online is to delete and reinstall game. Wouldn’t be too big a deal except the sync process cannot be forced and I usually lose several hours if not an entire day of the event. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM!! And allow users to force sync or sync the game automatically every hour or something…

    I have been playing this game for several years. I am a team lead and regularly weed out players that are not consistent in play e.g. more than 10 days of not playing without notification. It works. We have a very active team! I also supply stats once a week. Everyone seems happy. I have always been pleased with “Support” in the past, but not so much any more. There are issues in the game (for example: loss of points due to connection issues on their end -that they cannot compensate for, and missing event awards that are not dealt with in a timely manner, if ever.) I used to spend money on this game to purchase gems but no longer do so. I mean, what the heck, there is a recurring issue and they cannot resolve it or compensate players for the loss. Not rocket science folks. There is a new feature that has been advertised for a year+, that has still not been completed. If the company wants revenue on this game, then they should at least take it as serious as their players do. May be deleting soon if Support does not rectify the current outstanding issues. Sad but warranted.

    I love this game and it has been a blast playing and the only downside is that you’ don’t get gems that often
