    Very difficult to log on n and communicate. Also difficult to cancel subscription due to process of log in and communication. Leads to overpayment. Never used the benefits because I couldn’t log in!

    It would be nice to see a preview of each exercise before the timer starts. Then also have the ability to skip it if you don’t need it. Otherwise, I like the app. It keeps me moving and it’s a little more challenging than I expected it to be.

    I’ve been using the app for about a year (maybe longer?). I have a small workout room in my house so it’s easy to go downstairs every morning to do a short workout. I like that you can tell the app what equipment you have and how long you want to spend on the workout. And I like that the workout varies from day to day. I notice that you are starting to build in verbal tips during each exercise - this helps me focus on doing the activity in the most efficient and effective way. I would like to see even more workouts tuned to older guys (70+)! Thanks.

    Some of it is a little tricky. I find myself doing the way to perform the exercise and then the real exercise starts. I’m getting twice the value of the program by doing the exercise twice. . Now that I know how it works, it’s very well thought out.And I really like it.

    I’m starting my second month using the app. I find it easy to use. The exercises for me are mostly stretches that really help with my daily movements. The program is easy to modify if you wish to change the difficulty of the exercises. I have not experienced any weight loss but the exercises have improved my stability and flexibility. It’s important for a 74 year old man.

    I’ve been on the app for 84 weeks 🙌🏼 Currently enjoying the Military Workout. The app is awesome. It leads me through a 40-50 mins workout. Warm up and down. With 2 laps of (age appropriate butt kicking. I like the new coaches voice overlay. Adding subtle tips and pep to rock each exercise. I’m a huge fan, hitting the app 3-5x per week. Feel great. Feel strong. Looking more fit every week. Thank you Muscle Booster. It works!
