    This is so complicated to use and you have to go into the app to see what someone sent been trying to return since i attempted to set it up and no one gets back to you

    I have three different heart beats stored and while you’re looking at the app you can see the different rhythms, but it doesn’t feel that way every heart beat plays the exact same way it’s even off beat watching the heart beat on the app. Plus to change who’s heartbeat you wear is an entire battle that last 3-4 minutes by “waking the heart” really cool idea. Should have got the touch bracelets instead.

    So it tells you it needs to be open in the background but here & there j won’t receive the touch so I will have to close out of the app & go back into it to like reset it sorta? I don’t know but it’s annoying when you get the notification on your phone about a new touch but your bracelet hasn’t gone off. Otherwise; love everything about bond touch. It’s made my anxiety so much better sharing a bracelet with my best friend when she moved across country.

    Honestly love this got it for valentines day and i cant stop using it only downside is we both have to have the apps running in the background which is no deal in order to receive touches we have to be looking at the app i love the set up and how easily it’s described to you i just really wish i could receive touches without looking directly at the app

    These things could survive nuclear war. I accidentally sent mine through an entire laundry cycle, twice and it still worked perfectly fine. Definitely worth the money.

    My long distance boyfriend purchased this for us for our anniversary and he got himself a bracelet and the subscription for the Bond Touch Lite for my Apple Watch. The touches fail to send from my watch and do not receive them either. This is a great concept, but very poor execution.

    Sometimes my daughter and I only get a notification of a buzz on our phone. The bracelet does not react. We have often deleted the app and had to reinstall it.

    Great app! But for the Apple should , the screen should light up when your partner touches theirs. Just a suggestion!

    I bought my bond touch a very long time ago and redownloaded the app to reconnect with my current boyfriend only to discover that the app no longer works!! Was going to buy my partner a bracelet for valentines but unless you guys fix the app I won't be doing that...
