    Tried to buy Purpe 48 times (I counted), which I’ve done several times in the past, but now, that it’s in demand, I can’t swap Solana for Purpe. They even put out a message that there would be an additional fee, which they then took down. Deposited my money last night and they wouldn’t even send it over to my wallet until this morning, which is usually done instantly. Cost me hundreds of dollars and I stayed on a help chat waiting for hours last night just to talk to someone and they never came. Trash app…

    Was hacked last night but CB tells me it’s a custodial account and has no visibility into it. I don’t know how and Coinbase can’t tell me either. 2FA was setup with a phone and Face ID for all transactions. Wake up this morning and all my BTC is gone but my other crypto is still there? Not a single specific reason to help. You have been warned. Do not use this app. Update to start the new year. All new password update, mfa and locked account. LOCKED ACCOUNT! On January 14, my remaining coins were exchanged for eth in about a dozen transactions. DO NOT USE THIS APP. It’s a scam. Air gap your crypto. Support here does nothing. You were warned!

    Coinbase and their wallet is more disastrous than Biden trying to speak to the camera. Your crypto is safer with Biden than coinbase. Issues: my secret keywords for my wallet magically disappeared. When I type in the exact phrase as I have written down, it says, create a new account. -_- It’s the equivalent of going to work for a year and then walking in on Monday and the boss says “welcome to the new hire interview process” and then proceeds to play dumb. That’s coinbase. I’m not the only one with this horror story. Another issue: transferring $ or crypto from base to the wallet is like trying to fish in the desert after a sandstorm. Too many issues; incompatible errors, etc… when the app says there’s compatible cryptos. It’s like selling you a gallon of milk for $5 and you hand me a crispy Lincoln bill and I say “ sorry I don’t accept cash while having a cash only sign at the register. Just an overall terrible experience. By far the worst exchange and wallet in history. Beware. Stick with other more reputable Exchanges. Throw a dart in a dark room full of other names. You’re 100% guaranteed to hit a name that’s better than coinbase. Maybe it’s called coinbase because you start with 0 at your base and once you start gaining profit, coinbase wallet pulls some type of Houdini stunt and you’re right back at 0 again. I know i know i know some dev is going to read this and debate and blah blah blah. You’re not in the loop on what’s actually going on. You’re paid to not know. Anyways, if you made it this far, coinbase wallet is like swimming in gasoline during the firework finale of a 4th of July party indoors. Coinbase itself (without the wallet) is okay. Hence the 1 star…
