I am extremely disappointed with the Class Board Parent Portal. The system consistently fails to function as intended, making it frustrating and time-consuming to navigate. Pages take forever to load, and sometimes, they don’t load at all, which defeats the purpose of having quick access to important information.
The user interface (UI) is another major issue. It’s cluttered, unintuitive, and hard to navigate. Finding even basic information requires multiple clicks, and the design feels outdated and unresponsive. There is no clear organization, and important features are often buried under several layers, making the whole experience feel clunky and unpolished.
For a platform meant to streamline communication between parents and schools, the Class Board Parent Portal does the opposite. It needs significant improvements in both functionality and usability to be an effective tool for parents.

Very hard to use the app on iOS as the alignments are way off and can’t proceed with action buttons as they invisible

This app. works poorly on iPhones. Not sure why the schools are promoting this app. It is 4 months since the academic year has started and still having troubles in using this app. Zero notifications get sent to the mobile. At times not able to open the documents or not able to see the contents. Some times the app. crashes when we try to follow a link. Hope the developers will do proper testing before releasing it to production and monetize the app.

The ios version of this app doesn’t show the last class fully, even if we pull up then it it is going down and it is not possible to hit join class button. Also sometimes the join class option going parent portal.

I have downloaded the app if I try to join class I says loading and doesn’t even join so I logged in from website after joining class I can’t connect to audio, it says your browser don’t support when use chrome or Firefox.when I am using chrome to join and can’t even pin video.

It’s good but it could be better with some more options and it is not worth use also. We can rate it average or good. There are a few options that cannot be changed. It also asks for personal details. But overall it’s good.
It could be used casually.
