I have been a long time customer by using your app for home delivery. Now with your update I can no longer do this unless I have a newer phone with the correct version require so I can access the app or use from another device computer capability. I am all for fixing bugs and updating, but when it is to a disadvantage to all customers that is not a win for your company as a whole. I am sure you have lost a large volume of sales because of this. In this economy losing customers is not a good update. The closest store for me is 30 miles away and not conveniently located. Without the app I only go there one time a year. That is why I chose home delivery and could order as much as I wanted and as often as I liked. Now, that is no longer possible for me. You have lost this customer for online orders.

App does not work, you can’t add payment methods. Not helpful

Every time I try to log in to the app, it says “oops something went wrong” .. I ch age my password, redownload the app, same issues. Then you go into the store and they promote the app like crazy. With no rewards shown to the cashier unless your app is working.

This app and website are completely mismanaged. At first, it wouldn’t even let me sign up — only sign in — which makes no sense since I didn’t have an account. After struggling through that, the “Sign Up” option finally appeared, and now it’s telling me my email is already in use. This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable for a company of this size. You’d expect a smoother, more reliable experience from such a major business.

The update is horrible.

Went to use my app to do Christmas shopping and now it’s no longer available on my device! 😞

I am unable to use my rewards since the app has been updated!

I was required to update app to continue using it today. As soon as I opened the updated app, it literally took 30 seconds for the app the stall and freeze up. I had to close the app but when I tried to reopen it, it stayed on a blank white screen like it was loading. Well it never loaded after waiting 2 minutes. I got frustrated and closed the app again. I don’t understand why the BBW app always requires frequent updates just to have more issues with it. It’s so so HORRIBLE!

The new UI isn’t user friendly - the Shop tab only shows 2 items per page as opposed to the previous layout with 2 columns where you could see 4 items per page. The favorites section is also very missed. I’ve gone back to using the mobile version in Safari until the app improves or goes back to the old layout.

App keeps changing pickup location every time I try to check out. Terrible layout. Will be deleting app.
