I needed to label chess set images and this was simple to use and I was even able to split the work up with my 13 year old.

    • Easy to learn. • Easy to use. • It lets me quickly and efficiently get the necessary job done. • Developer responds quickly to questions. Absolutely worth the money. It has already saved me a lot of time.

I have paid for a year's subscription, which expires next April. However, I cannot use the function I purchased. Everytime I open it, it keeps informing me to purchase.

I love this app. I can easily annotate images for computer vision and easily export a JSON file for vision training on my Mac. The only downside is that there is no iPad version of the app. This would be super helpful to utilize the Apple Pencil for this task while on the go. Please make an iPad version of this app. It would be much appreciated.
  • Features that I purchased were disabled

I purchased this software, and then today when I go to add labels to my work, it wants to charge me $20 to enable the keyboard shortcuts I was using the day before! I'd buy it only because I don't want to waste a morning of productivity, but I get an error message! Looks like I need to spend the morning looking for an alternative. I can't recommend this software as the developer's inconsistency will cause you to loose productivity.
  • Good app before but now they want to charge for features I already paid for a year ago.

Not sure what is happening here, but now it is promting to pay $20 for the hotkeys function. I bought this app a year ago already and its not a great feeling or experience. Going to use free open source products that seem to work better.

Extremely shady to change the pricing model of existing features that were previously paid for.
  • Very good software but needs export customization to make perfect

I was there was a way to customize export options, for example how to layout the columns and how to format the coordinates of bounding boxes. I always have to open in excel and do complex methods to calculate image pixel dimensions then subtract RectLabel coordinates to get the correct coordinates I need for TF, Keras and OpenCV training.
  • Do not trust

These people charge you once for buying it and then later change their minds and want to charge you again. I bought this when it was 99cents and now I am being asked to pay again. This is ridiculous. It's like going and buying some shoes on sale and later you go back to the store and they tell you you have to pay more because the shoes are no longer on sale. Seriously ridiculous but good job to the developers for leaving room for competition. Cudos. Also as your response you should not be retroactively asking people to pay more for using something they already bought. This is the equivalent of buying a video game on sale and later the company trying to charge you more because you bought the game on sale. It is not what a reputable company does. I agree you can increase the price for new consumers but disabling functions until old consumers pay more money? Not a good sales tactic
