June’s Journey: Hidden Objects

I really enjoyed the game until there are unauthorized charges showing up. I thought the receipt was a late update from Apple but no. I bought something then a few days later similar charges showed up (different date) so I was charge twice. Please look into this

The storylines are fun, but some tasks are still impossible. The special rounds in the cafe don’t work properly sometimes. I logged into the app multiple times but I wasn’t informed that there was a Time Rush from September 30 to October 2 until it was already expired. I wasn’t able to contribute to my team’s score or get the reward at the end. The Silhouette Mode is misnamed, because the “silhouettes” are often mirror images of the object or rotated in some way. I click on every object that looks like the silhouette, and none of them are the right object. But if I use a hint, it shows me an object that looks nothing like the silhouette. You can only have 300 detective badges, which isn’t enough to get through a 3-clue sector at all, let alone in 30 minutes. It takes too long to go back and forth from the cafe to the island to play more rounds to get more badges and then return to the sector. And usually, you get badges after playing every other round, but if you’re in a time crunch, you get badges less frequently. Sometimes finding all of the objects and playing a perfect round gets you 10% progress and sometimes it gives you 5% progress for no discernible reason (other than to waste your time and cheat). Additional badges cost way too many diamonds, so you’re screwed and you get no rewards. On multiple occasions, the objects have simply not been there, and there’s never a free hint when it’s time to find this nonexistent object. I zoom in and scan the scene, and the name of the object is always grayed out, which means the object isn’t there. You need to spend numerous diamonds to pass certain rounds. I had to use over 60 diamonds to win Sweep the Board, because even though I was clicking the correct objects, the red x was popping up as if I hadn’t clicked it. I lost precious time due to this game’s cheating. Then I clicked the final object with 1 second left, and it said I ran out of time, another example of this game cheating players out of what they rightfully win. This has happened three times as of this writing. Recently, I had to use 35 diamonds to get a hint in Sweep the Board because it said that the object was in the frame that I focused on, but it was not. The hint showed it in a completely different area. A similar thing happened again, and I had to spend 45 diamonds for a hint. I like a challenge, but this game is unfair and fraudulent. This game is run by liars, cheaters, and thieves who try to con money out of people who are winning this game too much, especially without spending money. I’ve never spent money on this game, and I feel sorry for people who have spent money on this game, including people who have been defrauded. You can’t cheat just because you’re angry that I win this game without spending money. I will never spend real money on a game run by thieves, cheaters, and liars. I should get my diamonds back, but instead I’ll get the same copy-pasted developer response as everyone else.

I’ve been playing junes journey for a few months now. At first, I was obsessed, constantly playing, looking forward to new challenges. Now, it’s daunting and the decor is horrible for tasks like sweep the board, secrets, etc. the wonderful ladies on my team have been playing for years, really high levels, spend a lot of money, and we have a really great team, but when they do detective league and case mysteries, wooga makes it unbeatable and unbearable. There are times we give up on the third round of case mysteries because we know without spending a lot of money and time, we won’t beat the third level, and that’s sad! We have 14 players on our team, we should be able to complete it without stressing about it! At first this was a relaxing game, now it’s just stressful. Who wants to be stressful playing a game? I’ve had a few issues, SIMPLE issues in my mind (like once I accidentally deleted a piece of seasonal decor that I worked really, really hard for), and wooga would not help or rectify the situation. I’ve spent money on the game too, so the lack of customer help is really discouraging! Another issue was, my small team, switched to a bigger team and one of our players got lost, and we reached out to try to get her on the team, and again, no help from wooga. It’s like they say too bad, so sad. We are all getting really irritated and discouraged. It seems wooga is getting lazy and greedy. I’ll still go on to help my team, but that’s pretty much it.

I get emails about free gifts sometimes when I open the email and click on the free gifts it takes me straight to the game then I get the rewards but sometimes the email takes me to the online store and it says click to get the gift at the bottom of the page I click on it. It says I got it in my inbox. I go check and nothing’s there. I’ve been a long time player it’s aggravating. Upgrading your island is taking way too many compasses so now even though I am expanding on other islands I’m running out of room.

I am on level 29 chapter 6 and can not seem to move forward the first chapters I could simply find the clues in the previous scene to move on to the next scene and maybe one or two of those i HAD to collect a certain amount of flowers in order to move on the next scene. Now I can’t get past not one scene without having to collect flowers .. flowers are collected by purchasing items with coins you collect in the game ( not real money ) but those items have build times of 20 hours , 2 days , 3 days before you actually get those flowers ! Making it impossible to move on to the next scene for days.. another issue with the game is it cost “energy” to play the scenes and the energy depletes rapidly ! Even if you get “perfect” score each go around. It’s an awesome game if you ever get to actually play !

Repites mucho la misma escena para poder dominarla por lo que se vuelve aburrido. Y cuando quieres salir del juego no hay modo de salir por qué no hay donde hacer click para salir.

Takes forever to get through all the story telling and narrative. Not really a hidden item search game at all

I liked this game in the beginning but not so much now. It IS a free game but you need to watch many,many ads!! And if the ads are not enough, you need to purchase diamonds to advance in the game.. otherwise you only can play for about 15-20 minutes because you have to skip tasks in order to play. that costs diamonds and that equals money$$. The game/wooga allows cheating on the teams and does absolutely nothing about it!! Then your diamonds,coins etc. magically disappear and they don’t know anything and won’t even try to fix the problem..They don’t care about anything except trying to find ways to make more money!! They ruined this game and it’s sad because it WAS a good game!!

STOP LETTING RUSSIAN ROULETTE AND SUNFLOWER SEEDS CHEAT!!!!! ITS BLATANT AND OBVIOUS CHEATING!! HAVE SOME INTEGRITY AND RESPECT FOR YOUR PLAYERS AND PUT A STOP TO IT WOOGA!!!! ENOUGH WITH THE EXCUSES!!!!!

This game started simple. Find objects, build a town. Now there are like 10-20 side games you have to learn. I just want and simple object finder game. If that’s what you’re looking for, this ain’t it.
