    When I logged back into the app, all of the photos I had restored were gone. Now I have lost old photos that I cannot get back.

    It was great 5 years ago. Upgraded yesterday and it no longer does multiple scans of your photo but leaves in the glare.

    I literally have gone through so many other apps to find something good that works and all the other ones are trash. THIS ONE IS THE ONE YOU NEED. It is so easy and simple and they really understand what type of simplicity their users want. You just hold it over the photo. Don't need to do all the other crazy things of grabbing the edges blah blah blah. Simple. Easy. After scanning a photo a quick option comes up with a rotate or delete option. Perfect. That's all you need to debate in that moment. Did the print come out good? no? oh okay just remove that one really quick and let me try again. EASY. (my only critique is that the rotate button looks like a redo button but you'll learn after one mistake). Then after the photo scans it's already ready for another photo. BAM. after it's all done you can also go back and crop and edit edges BUT YOU DONT EVEN NEED TO. this app is GOOD and usually only a few you can see slivers of your background scan in the photo. these you can touch up. but other apps have a way lower success rate at capturing the whole photo and avoiding seeing the surface the picture is scanned on. I just wish they didn't make you pay after the first bunch. This is my request to please just add some more interesting features and make THAT the paid version. Why do you hate poor people I just want to scan my pictures and not pay a fee. Or just do a flat fee not a monthly payment. I'd do that tbh, this app is so good. But absolutely no monthly payments.     There is no troubleshooting, no assistance available. Couldn’t get it to work. Looks like you loose access if you stop paying

    It seems like a great concept, but every picture I scanned was blurry with my iPhone 15 pro. If I could have helped it focus, but it just hurriedly takes the photo without focusing.

    Most of the time when I opened the app it wouldn’t let me take photos - trying to make me subscribe again. Although I could clearly see that I had a subscription. Customer service was horrible. Mostly auto generated. Their code to fix it didn’t work. And the photos I was able to capture looked horrible
