    The ap becomes worthless if you don’t pay a membership. Literally changing the color or anything like that becomes impossible. So my clock is now pretty worthless unless I want a paid membership.

    I love my hatch so much but this app is so annoying to use. No matter what I do there’s always a problem either saving a new alarm or it interferes with another alarm that says it’s scheduled for the same time when ITS NOT. I literally can’t set an alarm without the app glitching out and not working which is just insane considering what I paid for the alarm and the subscription.

    I have a horrible time trying to get the scheduling to work the way I want, it is NOT user friendly to set up schedules, makes me want to cancel it altogether

    This app is absolute trash. It takes ages to load and open and then half the time cannot find the device.

  • Slow and complicated, when it works

    This app is horrible. It’s trying to cram too much stuff into this clunky UI that fails to load half the time anyway. I finally had this sleep routine setup and wanted a 20 minute light fade instead of the default 10 minutes. Guess what happened after 10 minutes?… the light reset! Instead of slowing down the fade it just planned to do it twice so the room got bright right as I’m drifting off. These guys are out to lunch on this software and it shows. I only got this clock because we were already locked in on the baby sound machine. Otherwise I’d never recommend or buy their products based on this app. Unless you want a slow glitchy alarm clock. In which case it’s perfect.

    For the amount of users and price of membership, it should be better. App glitches, such that the widget and notifications will show the incorrect alarm time (two different times, at that) and the alarm is mostly, but not 100% consistent because of these glitches

    App makes you update to get new ui but it never updates it doesn’t do anything. So now I can’t use my hatch.

    This app is absolutely horrible. I have to close out of it multiple times to get it to work. It is constantly freezing. I will never buy a hatch again. It’s also really hard to work the light without the app.

    The sound options are pretty limited. So is the lighting options. The app also takes forever to load ever since the last update. The app design is also pretty poor. It’s pretty overpriced for what you get.
