Brutal Age: Horde Invasion

Fun so far.

Hello there. This game is great and I would rate 5 stars, but just overnight, my plan to isolate myself from other players to avoid risking too many unnecessary losses was completely foiled by the shear amount of players that just spawned around my outposts. This was completely frustrating and stopped me from giving the game a 5-star rating. Why does the server have to get way more players over the course of 1 FREAKING NIGHT?! This is the sole reason for the 4-star rating, and it’s soul-crushing in the worst way possible. What is the reason for this? No offense, but jesus, it’s so ungodly frustrating to be isolated on one day, and the completely surrounded on the next, by players.

Fully addicted game, once you understand the game how to play

Game used to be a lot of fun a few years ago. Partner stuff is still fun but to even remotely compete, you have to dump serious money into it. Save yourself the headache

Was good game in beginning however, it has become a spending game really. So don’t drop money into the game.. it will eventually go down just like spartan wars!

The game is creating new accounts and making is powerful to make players compete unfair + its lags same problem every week and they don’t fix it + their ranking match makes me laugh weak partners can beat your powerful partners with his last partner alive 5 vs 1 still he defeat you so i rate this game as a very very bad game

Spent around 7k on an account linked to Facebook. Went inactive for awhile and came back to my account gone. Rip.

There is no customer service in this game no matter what you try in their system you go in you make the report and two minutes later it tells you you haven’t responded for a long time and so they’re closing the window they never answer they don’t address your problems they just receive your message and then the system automatically tells you you haven’t responded so they’re closing the window. I have never in my life encountered a more ridiculous or useless system for customer service on this platform there is no other game that does this at the very least you get generic answers but not in Brutal Age oh no they just ignore you completely so you’re trying to report people cheating in the game and nothing because the system doesn’t recognize any report you say some thing two minutes later you get a reply that you haven’t responded in a long time even though only two minutes of past and the system never answered you. Then you come here and you write a review and the developers respond to you and tell you oh yes there is customer support in the game but there is no customer support and I wish the people who answer on the App Store would give us a way to contact them if they’re so certain of what they’re saying because I can provide screenshots to go with this review to prove everything I’m saying is true the developers lie on the App Store so if you’re down loading this game just be very aware there is no customer support available it’s a waste of your time and money

The customer service is a joke. I am getting automated messages. I spend no money on the. I wanted to upgrade my Flamen to level 2 they didn’t, and now I’m trying to contact customer support. But proper customer support is not existing. All I get is the automated response that doesn’t get me anywhere.I will never spend a penny on this terrible game.

Chinese people spend too much money on game and are bullies.
