    I keep getting a system error message. What a disappointment, can’t even make a purchase. It keeps freezing anytime I make a new selection or press a different button. Overall, a waste of space.

    Issues with the app every time they have a deal. I have been trying to order for about 30 minutes now but the app will not move forward.

    I can’t even place an order, the app is so insanely bugged out and laggy it made my phone overheat. Ended up just deleting the app and ordering something else because of the experience.

    I’ve power restarted my phone several times , switched internets , waited 2 hours for this awful app to try and let me redeem my 75 cent burger for the anniversary and nothing works 😭😭 you would think a billion dollar corporation could have a working app system . I will stick to McDonald’s it’s the same quality and atleast their ik what I’m paying for. Whataburger overprices there food nowadays and does not deliver the same quality they used too

    I’ve had this app for several years but the last year. I’ve had it constantly glitch on me. Sometimes the only button that doesn’t work is the checkout one. Frustrating when you build a whole meal for a few people just so it can refuse to take my payment. Other times I cannot open the offers. Wendy’s and Whataburger apps are notorious for this.
