    Paid app despite free on App Store. Makes you do a lengthy slow survey at the beginning before telling you to pay (7 day trial with AUTOMATIC BILLING)

    I’ve been using the app with a yearly subscription since 2019 and used to love it. But it’s really gone down hill over the years. The classes in the programs have gotten super repetitive and much easier than they used to be. I think they’ve shifted their audience to focus more on beginners and in exchange have begun neglecting those who are more advanced. I won’t be renewing my subscription once it ends in March.

    I didn’t know what I’d be getting when I downloaded the app - I have been trying out many fitness apps and most of them aren’t made to accommodate people like me (older, with some pain, but still active). This has truly helped me with my body pain - from morning stiffness to a shoulder that never quite recovered from an injury last summer. And it works right away! The classes are so short that it feels like absolutely no big deal to do them, so it’s easier to make a habit. If you’re reading this review, you should definitely get this app. It’s really nice.

    I’ve NEVER been able to do splits-EVER! This isn't your cute little downward dog or wide-leg forward fold with soft knees. I'm talking ACTIVE, baby! Glutes? SQUEEZED! Hips? FORWARD! Knees? LOCKED-throw away the key! STRETCHIT makes custom programs based on your flexibility level to help you reach your goals. With classes already picked out, all you have to do is open the app and press play.

    I’m a Group Fitness Instructor. I teach classes for seniors. This app blows me away it’s so good! This is what I do on the days I’m not teaching. I have learned many many great moves as well from this app. This app will definitely help your posture as well. When your posture improves your aches and pains go away. I recommend it for everyone!

    I’m so happy I found this app! I’ve been wanting to get back into flexibility training and this app ticks all the boxes. The directions in the videos are so clear and precise so they’re easy to follow. I love the program calendars and the various class lengths. I can already feel a difference from the first week of consistent use. The interface is also great and I love that I can still see the video progress on my phone while casting to my tv. No bugs or issues that I’ve found. Excited to keep using this app for my flexibility goals!
