    I wish this app worked, but at least for Instagram reels it fails about 7 times out of 10. Seems more reliable with other social media platforms. Very difficult to get engineering help to fix bugs. Wouldn’t recommend the investment.

    I liked it but I need to do so many things that most children do not now at first I was going to rate it a 4 because I thought you could talk to your fans but you do not have any fans !Plann is rig!😡😤😡😤

    I would have loved to extend my trial to be a monthly service but Plann has no service should you have issues. The first day of my trial I could not get Canva to connect, and their online videos did not solve it. So I emailed the help desk and replied to the daily drip campaign they had me on with ZERO response. My emails were not even opened.

    I used Plann 7 years ago for a job and it was fantastic… fast forward to now and I needed a new planning app for my business. My social media team tested all of the top apps for planning and strategy, and I was really struggling to find they offer what we really needed and were pretty much a waste. Then I remembered Plann, and gave it a go again. Literally perfection! The ease of use, drag and drop, REAL placeholders (why is this such a foreign concept in other “planning” apps?). Easy communication on specific posts with your team so you can collaborate. 20/10!! Literally every feature is on point and we use pretty much everything the app has to offer. Thanks Plann for being the best in the game!

    I’ve tested out a bunch of post planning apps and have enjoyed this one the most. You get a free trial and can continue using the free option. I’m paying for the plus which is only $14 a month but has great post planning and lots of organizing options which is very helpful for me in creating a strategy. I’ve only been using it a week but so far it’s been my favorite.

    It really is an all on one platform only downside is it’s limited but for the limit you still get hashtags so it’s good for now

  • Disconnected & can’t reconnect randomly

    All of a sudden, I was disconnected from my Instagram account and haven’t been able to reconnect for a few days now. I’ve tried all basic support and now I just have an app that doesn’t work as it was intended to. iPhone 15 iOS 18.3.2. Other than that I enjoy this app so hopefully works again soon.

    Used to love this app - it says my IG is connected, but asks me to reconnect every time I try to use the app. When I try to reconnect, it just takes me to instagram and the whole cycle repeats. Such a bummer

    I had this app for over a year and I loved it. But it recently stopped working on me. Signs me out and doesn’t save the updated content I do. I’ve been in contact with customer support and they only update me that they are still looking into it. No answers or a solution just every time saying we are looking into it reply if you are still having issues. I pay for this app so this past month I wasted my money on an app that I’ve been waiting to use. When it works it’s a great app my favorite. But it’s not reliable. Currently researching more reliable apps and tech support that is helpful.

    I have been using Plann for 2 years now. It's the smoothest and most user friendly of the social media planning tools I've used. What I like the most is the ability to store my images in the categorized media library. You can schedule multiple platforms at once as well. The app has been so helpful for my photography business.
