    While I wish I could watch on YouTube TV, I am having success with the app to watch the games in a different location. I plan to cancel it when the season ends since it would no longer be necessary. I hate paying more to watch the Caps games.

    This app is genuinely terrible. Barely compatible with an iPad as well as it should, constant UI bugs/glitches, games are consistently delayed, and usability/functionality is non-existent. It’s a crime the only way I can watch my basketball team is through this horrid platform.

    The worst streaming app. You can’t watch games delayed. If you pause, fast forward, then resume play, it will restart you back to the beginning of the program. It’s not Monumental’s fault entirely. You get the score of a game in progress as soon as you launch the app. ViewLift, the platform developer, sold an incomplete product to several teams in need of a regional sports network. If you’re watching live, it’s still a mess. They have so few advertisers and inventory that you’ll see the same ads repeatedly and in the same break. Save yourself the grief and spend a little more for a DirecTV Stream, Verizon FiOS, or Xfinity subscription this season. The tech support team is awesome and very responsive. They know it’s rough, but they’re not the product team.

    Constantly degrading picture quality on TV. Frequently have to stream from phone a mirror to TV use to stay sane. Horrible way to watch sports.

  • You can’t close the pop up ads

    Watch a game on your phone and you’ll get pop up ads that block 1/4 of the screen. If you tap the x to close it, it opens the sports betting site. Can not close it. Does hockey not have enough ads on your pay to watch app? Is this really necessary?!

    This app is the absolute worst. It bugs out when I try to link my appletv app so I have to stream it to my tv now it won’t even let me watch on my phone anymore. Horrible

    The app has bad UI.. you have to sign in too many times. The mobile app doesn’t go full screen makes games inconvenient to watch

    It’s shocking that apps can still be this bad in 2025. I’ve connected my TV provider dozens of times and it still doesn’t work.
