    I have been playing for a few months now (March 2026). I might have bought a $.99 bundle in the beginning. Honestly, I don’t remember. But I haven’t spent a dime since then. It could be a bit of a grind, but if you get the free daily gifts do the daily tasks, etc. You can level up your tanks slowly and be somewhat competitive. If you’re the type of person that wants to win every single battle, then you’ll probably have to pay. But if you just want to play for enjoyment, winning some matches and losing some matches, sometimes, then you can do that without paying. Overall, it’s a fun game.

    I’ve been playing this game for over three years and really liked it, however, recently they changed the scoring on the game and it’s not for the better! Overall kills used to account for a lot of your score however recently they’ve put more emphasis on using missile storms to get a higher kill score in individual games versus overall kills you get in the game during wars! We’ve had a few players quit recently because they’re so irritated with a new scoring system and quite honestly there’s no incentive to play longer hours anymore with the new scoring system. Whoever came up with this new scoring system should be fired! If they don’t change it back soon they’re probably going to start losing a lot more players as well. Unless you’re one of the bigger more powerful players you can literally play in three times as many games as a stronger player Ang get more kills but your score is actually lower, which makes absolutely no sense whatsoever! I’ve had wars where I have gotten 2 1/2 times the number of kills as somebody else in our clan yet my overall score is actually lower, which is idiotic! I love the players I played with, but had to break it to them today that I will be playing a lot less moving forward since there’s no incentive to play longer to get more kills anymore!

    Been playing casually for a year I’ve played other games and like those game this game is expensive to be competitive so don’t get addicted. I would recommend more time away from the allure and don’t support rich owners that profit off a digital footprint. Taking some time off playing war machine to focus on real life. Same old battlefields gets old. Tank upgrades take way too long to claim unless you spend spend spend. The US economy sucks and inflation is high so making better choices. The game is fun but boring missions repeatedly. Thx🖖🏻
